Historical buildings aren't my scene but the informtion and visit to the Berlin Wall was fascinating. We had to go back to the wall on another day to fully comprehend the history and impact.

The guide we had (Barry), was excellent. I felt that there were too many people allowed on trip. We had approximately 40-45 people the day we were there. We also had a 1 hour break that was never mentioned in the description of the tour before we booked it. My wife and I would have preferred to complete the tour w/out the one hour break. However, the biggest problem with the tour was the incorrect information provided of beginning tour times.On both the Viator website, as well as our confirmation, there were two different starting times printed. Before we left for our trip, I contacted Viator directly, and was told a time. Of course, in Berlin when we arrived at the meeting location, we were the only ones there. The actual meeting time was 30 minutes later than what we were told, and what I had confirmed. Good thing the correct time was not 30 minutes earlier, or we might have missed the trip entirely. When I discussed this with both the guide and the local "host", at the telephone number provided on the confirmation I was provided, no one could provide an explanation.

There was nothing "hidden" about this tour. Everything that we visited was in my Berlin book. I was very disappointed because we took this tour on recommendation of a Viator employee. Also, our guide was very rude and condescending and swore at us numerous times!!
