The cruise was great. The directions to the boat are horrible and no one answered either the regular or emergency number. It is not next to the castle it is up river and the opposite side. Once the frustration of finding it was over the actual cruise is a great way to see the city.
A really relaxing and very nice way to see the sites along the River Spree. There was hot and cold food on board as well as plenty to drink.
A wonderful prelude to any walking tour of Berlin! The commentary was bilingual describing the sights and places along the shores of the Spree river. The food served for lunch was very nice, with an ample menu of choices to satisfy even our finicky children. The tour runs for just over 3 hours, so plan accordingly, we had to rush to our next activity after disembarking the vessel.
Outstanding. Super way to see the other side of the main tourist sights. Good commentary
We would have preferred to have been told we could have joined the cruise nearer the centre, rather than having to bus out to the first starting point. We got off early at Potsdamplatz
Excellent trip of 3.5 hours to help know the city of Berlin well.
We enjoyed this tour which took about four hours in total. The guide was very well informed and allowed fascinating insights into the parts of Berlin we were gliding by. What a different view of the city! Well worth it.The crew on board were friendly and accommodating serving food and drinks with a smile.
We had a wonderful experience and the sights were spectacular; we would do the trip again, the English
translation was very helpful; however there were other travelers who asked for books and no more were available. We observed that more book should be printed.
Thank you and aufwedersehen,

Excellent 3.5 hours on teh River Spree. I liked it enormously.
Really enjoyed. The written English commentary a bit sparse but easily supplemented by your own travel books. The boat staff were very friendly and courteous.
Shows you berlin from new angle. Nice trip with lots of places to see and lots of information is being provided by the guide. Worth.
Excellent way to view the different city sights from a different angle, highly recommended.
An excellent trip,we were warned there would be only a commentary in German which would not have been a problem for my wife and I but would have been for my Australian cousins. However the guide gave an excellent bi-lingual German / English commentary. This tour represents excellent value for money and a quiter alternative to the hop-on, hop-off bus for seeing many of the sights.

Very interesting. Unfortunately, I believe I missed quite a bit because I don't understand German and the English book provided did not seem to have as much information as she was providing in her talk.

Very interesting and informative. Food and drink excellent. Commentator spoke for about 3 hours in German, but we were given a typed English translation, and it was very pleasant.

The cruise was a very helpful introduction to Berlin as seen from the River Spree. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, engaging and informative. The boat had many different places one could move around to. Enjoyable, and I recommend it.
Lovely tour and the tour guide did an excellent job in both German and English. This is a very interesting way to see Berlin and highly recommended.
Quite difficult try to find out information about trip eg where exactly where you board it . Not clear about good notes in English and how to get them excellent trip
Fun, historical trip that helps you get familiar with the layout of the city.
A very nice tour with an english-speaking narrator. Got to see many highlights. My only negative is that the tour might be a smidge too long. Would do a 2-hour tour next time.
Nice relaxing way to see Berlin. Guide was very knowledgeable and spoke good English which we didn't expect. The weather was lovely too which made it better. Took 3.5 hours but held the attention of two teenagers.
We took the long cruise starting and finishing at Spandau - a bit out of the way for public transport. It is a good way to see parts of the city not accessed by a bus tour. The English commentary was sparse and a bit disappointing - a waiter who spoke English was more helpful in showing us where we were on the map. But altogether good value.
