Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and we were so afraid we missed the tour but made it in the nick of time. If you do not have a train ticket with you the guide will sell one to you. It is better if you already have it though. Be warned these walking tours are fast paced, so good walking shoes and bottled water are a must. Overall we learned a lot about Berlin's history and would definitely recommend this tour to others. The guide brings a binder with incredible pictures and you are welcome to take pictures of them yourself. This is a plus as many of the sites you look at have changed significantly over the decades. Great tour for WWII history buffs!

Our guide was first rate -- knew his topic extremely thoroughly, could answer any questions thrown at him, was personable, spoke flawless English. My 17 year old son rated this tour the highlight of his first visit to Berlin -- and as our trip included a Razorlight concert, this is praise indeed.

Stayed in Berlin for 4 days and the tour was the best 3 hours of the trip. The guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. If like me, you have an interest in WWII, this tour's a must.

Incredibly powerful! It is essential to completely understand the Nazi era and its end. Standing atop Hitler's bunker, realizing that somewhere in the surrounding 100 yards Adolf's and Eva's bodies, and that of Goebbels, were burned. Perhaps the greatest sense of pure evil I've ever felt. The tour operator offers the very few walking tours that deal with the Nazi era. Being from Dallas, I understand the desire not to focus on unpleasantness. I also understand the need to.

I'm so glad we did it. Our guide was entertaining and very knowledgeable - he was great. The tour was very interesting, almost chilling in a way. I'll be back next year and will definitely book tours again.
