Barnaby was AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable and funny. We had been recommended this tour from friend's of ours' who had recently been to Berlin. It was a really great FREE tour. All they ask are for tips which they so deserve.
This tour is what we were looking for. Even though there were about 25 people in our group, everyone stayed together. Our guide was fabulous. Even though much of Berlin has been reconstructed, our guide was excellent at either showing us photos of the devastation, or explaining how the buildings looked after the bombing. Absolutely would promote this tour operator and their knowledgeable staff.
Michael, our guide, was excellent. We had a very large group, but he led it well and provided an excellent and compelling narrative.
Taylor, the guide, was very knowledgable and passionate about his subject. I found the tour very enjoyable, but there is a lot of walking - especially on a hot day. I learned a lot about the Third Reich.
Our knowledgeable tour guide , Taylor, led us through the sites of the Berlin of the Second World war, leading us to places we never would have found on our own. He gave us the history of each area and presented an unbiased account of the era. I would highly recommend it.
our guide, Taylor, enhanced the whole experience with his knowledge and presentation. this was my second time taking this tour and always find something new. highly recommended
Best tour of the entire trip. Forest was a wonderful tour guide and we would recommend you request him!
The tour guide was fantastic! He was very informative and the whole group had a great time. The tour guide was helpful with everything from train tickets to where we could find restrooms. The tour itself was great although I could have wis
Cesar was awesome. Very informative and the beat part of my trip to Berlin.
very interesting tour and informative guide, Cesar. Gave a very good insight to what happened in the final days of the war and now I'm back reading the books as it brought the texts to life.
Jared was a terrific guide...thoroughly knowledgeable, managed our transit well...and made the day in Berlin very memorable. Highest recommendation!!! He is a great choice for a very moving experience.
The tour was very special. Our guide was a passionate student of history and a very accessible n friendly as a guide - 'Ceasar'
Really interesting. Our tour guide, Nickolai was incredibly knowledgeable and shared many interesting facts I had not gleaned from other tours. I think this is a brilliant tour for adults, but not so sure that children will find it sufficiently interesting to keep them occupied for 4 hours.
Maria was wonderful. So informative and well spoken. We felt like we had a great sense of what Berlin was and what it became and it's all thanks to her.
It was also very nice to learn of those who were against the Nazi regime at the resistance museum. Really great experience.
Thank you Maria!!
The guide was so full of knowledge about the history of Berlin and his enthusiasm about the city just rubbed off on all of us. We could not recommend this tour highly enough.
I learned so many new facts about World War II from this tour. The tour guide, Mike, was this funny and knowledge guy from New Zealand who knew Berlin as if he was a native. Great tour and well worth the 12 euro I paid!
Great tour really enjoy our guides input into the little known facts.
This was my first ever walking tour, and I was skeptical, believing it would be focused on the "sensational" and lacking any context. I was so wrong! Our guide was superb - an excellent speaker, extremely knowledgeable, and with a knack for offering incisive insights into the historical circumstances of the locations we toured. Will definitely do again.
Amazing tour guide Barnaby was extremely knowledgeable and keen to provide us with as much knowledge as possible.

Our tour guide (Barnaby) was fabulous! He gave us a great deal of background about Berlin while being personable and entertaining. We took the tour on the morning of Germany's World Cup championship game, so he had to think on his feet as the usual route was blocked by the fan mile. I would recommend this tour very highly. Barnaby is one of the best tour guides I have ever had...
This is a very informational tour...but requires a LOT of walking. Wear comfy shoes and bring water....and sun screen/hat/umbrella to protect from 5 hours of direct sun! We really enjoyed the knowledge shared by our tour guide, Taylor!
Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide (Ceasar) was informative about the various locations and when answering the many questions put to him.
