Great walking tour. Very interesting and just about long enough. It gave us a great taste and introduction to Berlin generally and the war period specifically. Barnaby was excellent tour guide and knew his stuff! We will be back for more! Ten out of Ten.
Excellent, our guide was Michael, his knowledge and passion was second to none. Highly recommend it.
The best tour we have ever done in more than 30 countries. This is due solely to the great job provided by our guide Barnaby. He has a wealth of knowledge, is very engaging and was accommodating to some older members of the tour group. I can not rate him more highly and only wish we had more time in Berlin to join some of his other tours.
Barnaby was a very good tour guide he knew what the history was and presented well he also has a good cense of humor. I would go again if I'm ever back in Berlin
This walking tour was very, very fascinating. Our tour guide, Nickolai, was incredibly knowledgable and gave us a brilliant, in-depth historical overview of World War II and the rise and fall of Hitler and the Third Reich. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Berlin, especially history buffs!
The tour was excellent. A very knowledgeable guide. who spoke clearly and well, and made himself available for questions afterwards. Easily the best tour I've ever been on.
This was a super introduction to the darker history of the city. Our guide, Cesar, was very well informed, and kept us entertained and instructed on the lengthy walk and bus trip. The tour ends in Wilhelmstrasse. On the site of part of the Chancellery, there is a kindergarten where children of many races play, and on the site of the bunker, there is, famously, a car park.
Very good tour and guide was excellent. Probably a good idea to read about this history first. All sites relevant and pace was good.
This was an excellent tour. The guide, Nigel was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It was easy to tell it was not just a job for him. He had an abundance of little anecdotes which may not appear in history books which I found facinating. Highly recomend this tour for anyone interested in German history.
This was an excellent tour with a very informative guide. Our only suggestion would be that the guide wait until everyone has reached him before he started talking about a particular site. This only happened a couple of times - Cesar was really great!
Excellent and informative tour with a very knowledgeable guide, Jared. We saw many interesting sights that came alive with his descriptions of what happened at each location. If you are interested in the Third Reich and the final days of WWII, don't miss this tour.
