We booked for a Saturday night which we knew would be very busy, our voucher got us the next table available and we had an excellent meal with very good customer service.
Cant fault it at all.

A typical Hard Rock experience. My husband and I try to go to the Hard Rock cafes as we encounter them. There wasn't anything special about the experience.

Went for Platinum Menu but it was very basic. Staff not helpful, could have had continuous free refills of Pepsi but not mineral water! Other drinks expensive. Atmosphere like a Kiddies Party!
