The guide was definitely the best part of this tour. Without such a knowledgeable guide we would have missed out on the majority of the rich history of these sites. If Viator could only have canceled the rainstorm this tour would have been perfect.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable, completely fluent in both English and German, and was very personable. The Potsdam tour was a big step above the usual guided tour.

There was not enough time to enjoy the place. It ought to be a one day tour not just four hours.

Good trip; however, it would have been better if we had spent more time at Sanssouci and less time on the bus. To explore the gardens at Sanssouci would have been nice. Our guide spoke in German first and then repeated in English, which meant half of our time was spent listening to a language which we didn't understand, and it was time consuming.

I found the tour rushed. Not enough time to stop and admire the sights. Also no time to get out of the coach to take photos.

Would have been better if the guide & bus driver hadn't rushed us through so quickly. We had no time to explore the grounds ourselves. Got off the bus, went directly to palace & then directly back to the bus. Didn't even have time for souvenir shopping.

It was a very good tour with a very informative tour guide. As I found with other Viator tours, pickup points are not clear. We were told we would be picked up at Alexanderplatz at 1.15pm, but there was no bus at the pickup point.

Potsdam was beautiful and very interesting to see. The tour was in English and German and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. We were on the bus for most of Potsdam so I wasn't able to take as many pictures as I would like but Sans Soucci palace walking tour was great!
