Good guide in Potsdam. Tour included old GDR and Russian forces use of Potsdam as well as the Sanssouci Palace. Palace visit small group well organised and highly recommended.

We were very pleased with the commentary on the bus and the guide at Sanssouci. We thoroughly enjoyed Sanssouci.

The pick up for the tour bus was opposite to Memorial Church, but not in Kurfuerstendamm, the right street is Tauentzienstrasse, which is quite near. However, the tour was very nice, I warmly recommend it.

The trip was interesting but definitely a stop in Postdam at least to take one picture is needed even if the time increases from 4 to 5 hours. In addition the guide was really unpleasant.

The venue was fantastic, however, this trip is not really suitable for the elderly. The tour guide was going far too fast and we were left behind. The tour guide was also discourteous to us. We were not taken back to the collection point at the end of the trip but were told we would have to catch a train back at our cost due to the driver having done too many hours - this is not really satisfactory.

We waited at the pick up point at Alexanderplatz with no sign of the bus. I called the German office and was told the bus would come. Again when I called the office I was asked to get a taxi to the other pick up point on the Kudamm - 14 Euros. The coordinator insisted that the bus had called but we had definitely not seen it. The taxi fare was reimbursed and the trip was good although rushed. However it had been quite stressful and if I hadn't had a mobile and could not speak German, we would have missed the tour. We got the impression from the coordinator that this could have happened before.

We had to see a lot of things in a short time. No time to walk in Sanssouci gardens, but ok, it was not in schedule. The Palace itself wasn't so impressive but it is a good experience. It is too hard to find the meeting point 'opposite Park Inn Hotel' because every place around Alexander Platz is opposite!

Another woman and I were lost at the Palace and missed half of the tour. We had asked the guide if we had time to purchase something in the souvenir shop and was told it was okay. When we came out 4 minutes later the guide and group were gone. We looked around hysterically for 15 minutes and were talking to some guards about a way to get back to town when the tour guide and group came over a hill. We weren't lost anymore but had missed half of the tour running around trying to find the tour or the bus. If she wasn't going to wait for us we should have been told of this.

The company should consider the weather and make some substitutions when it rains.

Unfortunately I felt that this was a poor tour. The tour was conducted in two languages and the guides English was not good. On the coach tour were often left confused and unsure what we were looking at. By the time the poor English commentary came through, we had passed the building etc that being described. As for the tour of the palace, again spoiled by poor interpretation from the guide and not enough time to browse and ask questions.

Horrible. The tour guide spoke hardly any English. We were rushed through the entire city with no explanation during the tour. The palace would have been alright if it had been explained better and if we had another hour to properly tour the gardens. One couple we were with got left behind with their small child.
