Depart Berlin, traveling through the old and new city of Potsdam, the Brandenburg State Capital and former center of Prussia. Potsdam is UNESCO world heritage listed and is renowned for it's parks, museums and stately palaces.
Next, your guide will take you on a guided tour of Sanssouci Palace and it's gardens. This celebrated rococo Palace was Frederick the Great's summer residence was both his favorite place and an important sanctuary for him. The palace is located on a vineyard and the rooms are marked by elegance and tasteful displays of splendor.
During the sightseeing tour you will also see the Dutch Quarter, St. Nicholas' Church, the historical Town Hall, the Old Royal Stables, Nauen Gate and New Palais.
