During your luxurious VIP dinner, receive a complimentary glass of sparkling wine followed by a 2-course meal, each dish being accompanied by a glass of wine chosen by your expert sommelier.
Admire incredible aerial views of Berlin at this unique restaurant that turns around its axis every hour. From your table, see Berlin highlights such as Berlin Cathedral (Berliner Dom), Checkpoint Charlie, the Charlottenburg Palace and Brandenburg Gate. As a complimentary souvenir, bring home the beautiful floral decoration created just for your table.

Itinerary
Menu 1
Aubergine mousse: baked goat cheese, tomato chutney, parsley crostini
Saddle of lamb: tramezzini bread, saffron risotto, puréed spinach, rosemary jus (Customer will automatically get this menu if no choice has been made)
Menu 2
Smoked buffalo mozzarella: red pepper and fennel salad, wild herbs, balsamico
Stuffed breast of pigeon: white cabbage, potato soufflé, pigeon jus
Menu 3
Goose liver parfait: sour cherries, brioche, violet cream mustard
Veal or rabbit roulade: mangold, red lentils, potato baumkuchen
Menu 4: Vegetarian option
Melon tofu á la Tower: rocket, pine kernel dressing, olive skewers
Poached organic eggs: flat- leaf spinach, truffles, violet potatoes
Each course is accompanied by a glass of wine chosen by the sommelier to complement each dish. You will be served a glass of sparkling wine as an aperitif.

The weather was perfect. The hotel we stayed, namely, Berlin Hilton was very satisfactory with its location, service and etc.. We had excellent meals thanks to the Internet .. The city is very interesting in many respects: history, natural beauty, museums and so on. I would recommend a longer stay than what we had, five days.
