This tour was great. We saw the entire island, This was money well spent. I would rec to anyone who comes here for the first time or any time if you havent taken this tour. We learned so much history of the island on this tour. The sights we visited were amazing. the big island is a beautiful island and really laid back. Not all the huge building on top of each other like some of the other islands. I will defeinately return to this island.

This has been one of the best tours I ever took, it was a long one but worth every minute of it, our driver/guide, Kimo, was excellent in describing everything that we were seeing and he was nice, couorteous and helpful, I would highly recomment this tour!!!!!

When I called to reconfirm our reservation, the company running the tour had no record of our reservation. They had to call viator to correct the problem. A similar problem arose with our luau reservation in Maui. Someone at viator is dropping the ball.

It was a long day, with lots of driving around, but the bus driver / tour guide was informative and funny, and made the whole experience much more enjoyable. If you're only on Big Island for a few days, it is well worth doing.

A Long Day, but so worth it. A great way to start your trip, the only critism I have is that they have stops at placeslike, the Macadamia Factoy/Shop and the Candy Factory/Shop, when I would rather have had time looking at waterfalls that actually had flowing waterfalls. Sal, our driver, a Cowboy at heart from New Jersey!!! really knows his stuff about the island and its histry, he was very entertaining. Highly Recommended :-)

A very enjoyable and interesting tour. A lot to see and experience. Our driver, Hilary (that's ONE L), was extremely well informed, spoke fluent Japanese to the benefit of a few of the passengers, and provided many interesting side notes along the way around the island. Comfortable ride and seating on the bus. It's the best way to see what Hawaii is, and was, all about. Would I recommend this tour to anyone? Oh Yeah!

We really enjoyed this tour. We would have never taken the time or energy to plan and visit some many great places. We also learned all kinds of neat things that our tour guide shared regarding history, culture, and local's lives. I would recommend this trip in order to see the whole island. It was a great time!

This was an excellent tour of the Big Island. Hilary was our Tour Guide and he has a vast knowledge of the Island and the history which he shared with us all along the bus ride. He gave ideas of what to look for at the individual stops. EXCELLENT!!

Wonderful trip. The guide was knowledgeable and very pleasant. It did get started late due to people not being ready, and several mudslides along the route. We unfortunately did not get to see everything the guide wanted, but all in all was a good trip.

jan our driver was very informative about the trip.the best parts were the volcano and the black sand beach . rainbow falls should be removed from the itinerary when you know it is not flowing and replaced with something else.

Visit of the whole Island in one day, but too much marketing. Instead of stopping in the small villages for visits, stops were made at candy factories, coffee factories, bakery....it was all about buying souvenirs instead of a solid visit of the Island. The stay in the volcano park lasted 40 minutes. If you really want to see the Island, take a rental car. Roads are in good conditions and you can stop where you want. The more, you can skip these marketing stops. I cannot recommend this tour.
