This was the first zipline excursion our family had done. The staff made us feel safe and comfortable and we had a great time.

A blast! The guides were funny, knowledgable and constantly vigilant and concerned for our safety. My husband and I would do it again should we return to the Big Island.

We took our grandchildren, ages 16, 13 and 11 on this one. It was our 3rd zipline adventure and this one was the most fun. My youngest granddaughter (also her 3rd time) stated this one was the best of the 3. Our guides, Jerimiah and McClough, aka "Live Action" were fabulous. can't wait to do it again!

As with everything on the Big Island, it was fantastic! I especially appreciate the professional service and kindness shown during my visit with the Zipline company. My sister who had a reservation was ill, and couldn't make the zip, and the credit was put on my account very quickly. Such great service and what a relief. It was great not to have to worry about anything. Well coordinated, planned, and cofortable. A great trip!
