What a fantastic, romantic gesture to commence our vacation in the islands of paradise. The Lei's were made of beautiful fresh flowers.
This was a nice surprise for traveling partener..started the trip off right!

We were delayed in Chicago, and by the time we arrived, my greeter had already packed up for the night. Another greeter called her, and she came back with our leis in a brown cardboard box, on a dolly, and unfortunately one of them was pretty beat-up.
This was by far the worst part of the entire trip. The lady who greeted us went so fast we did not get any opportunities for photos, she had all 5 lie’s on us before we could get the camera up. And then she pointed to the rental bus area across the street and walked away, what a huge waste of money. Are you kidding me, save your money the people on the island will greet you warmly and you don’t have to pay them!
I was very disappointed with our purchase we arrived in Hawaii and were not greeted, we had to go find someone and ask them where we were to go and it was where we just come from which was from the line of people comeing in where 2 ladies were standing yelling out peoples names they did not know we were arriving at that time it was all very disappointing I will not ever purchase anything else from Viator and will let my friends and family know of our experience. This was the only disappointing purchase of our trip which was my 1st to the island of Hawaii
