We rescheduled and did the Mauna Kea tour. Very enjoyable tour. I highly recommend the tour for anyone who wants a unique, educational, and enjoyable experiences. Jon, our tour guide did a GREAT job. He was very personable and also attentive to the needs of the those participating in the tour.

This was an adventure of a lifetime! It's an early wake up call while on vacation but it's necessary to get an early start since there is some driving to do up to the trail. Our guide (Mike) was fantastic and really fun to be with. He was friendly and helpful and made this a wonderful adventure! The trail was amazing and we snacked on the Strawberry Guava's which were ripe and juicy! The hike was challenging but well worth the sweat and muddy shoes! The natural, fresh water pool was cold and refreshing and a wonderful way to end our hard hike! The entire experience was a wonderful one. Well worth the money -- this is a first class organization all around!

Excellent adventure for me (older woman) and my 10 year old son! got a chance to eat wild fruit, and swim in waterfall, paths were a little challeging, but added to the "adventure".
