After meeting your expert host and guide in central Bordeaux, walk a short distance to the intimate and cozy Baud et Millet restaurant, where your wine and cheese experience takes place. Baud et Millet showcases the very finest culinary products from Bordeaux, so it’s the perfect place to learn about the different appellations (wine-making regions) and wineries in the area.

Learn about famous Bordeaux wine regions like Medoc, Saint-Emilion, Graves, Entre-Deux-Mers, Bourg and Blaye, and discover the different components that create their unique wines. I loved our class! Our "teacher" was very informative about French wines which really allowed us to make informed decisions when driving the countryside on our own. And the cheese cellar was a-mazing! I didn't want to leave!
