The driver knew the city and it was clear that he enjoyed his job. Loved the convenience. The Copley stop is not clearly marked but all the rest were just fine.
The staff working on the buses were excellent, interesting and very informative and knowledgeable about Boston. The boat trip that was included was very good. The Hop on Hop Off bus is great it gives you the opportunity to see the city and places you would not know about. Would recommend it money well spent.
The best tour guide ever; funny. Entertaining and kniwledgeable
I didn't expect all to see all the things that we got to see on the tour. Got to see a lot of Boston. Highly recommend it!!! Looooved the Harbor Cruise. Just make sure when you go on the Harbor Cruise and they ask to take your picture be careful; they don't tell you that the picture isn't free. Its' $20.00 and I felt like I got bamboozled with that one. But otherwise the views and sights were amazing.
Tour bus driver was very friendly, told many stories, the tour was interesting. Good work, thank you.

It was great tour. Bob did an excellent job driving and as our tourist guide. Thank you!
The tour driver (Tony) was incredibly funny and full of all kinds of information on Boston you just won't hear anywhere else! The tour really gives you a great idea of where everything is and how to get around even when your walking. We were very happy we did this first as it really helped in getting around the city. Plus Tony gave us some great restaurant recommendations as well. He was a blast!
Well wort the money, and allowed us to learn a little about Boston.
This was an excellent tour. Beautiful weather blessed us too. Especially enjoyed visiting the US Constitution and learning about Boston through a historical tour. Really enjoyed the trolley and appreciated the drop off and pick up at our hotel. Thanks!
Our driver Mike was excellent- entertaining and knowlegable. It was a great way to see most of the city in 1 day. We also really enjoyed the Harbor cruise.
My experience on the tour was fantastic. My wife and I enjoyed the entire trip from the bus part to the bay cruise. I booked the tour on-line prior to leaving home. I called once I got into Boston and everything was a go. I recommend this trip to anyone coming into Boston.

Taking the trolley was a great way to get oriented and get information about Boston. Each of the drivers had unique style and perspectives. "Mr. Kelly" was our favorite. He had a wonderful way with words. Our two-day tour was capped-off with the Harbor Cruise. It couldn't have been better.
The tour was excellent we had 3 drivers during our trip with hopping off and on and all 3 were very informative, our only disappointment was not being able to get to Harvard on the bus but realise that is not the fault of the bus company.
We had a wonderful time anf our host and narators did everything in their power ot accomodate us and help us. Thank you
Great bargain. Tim was a great guide. The harbor cruise was nice.
Enter your review here.Excellent trip, real opportunity to see the town. Guide very good and knowledgable
Good tour, Harbor was really nice and a treat to see the skyline from the water. Weather was good. Ship needed more seating on outdoor deck where most customers wanted to sit.
Hop on/off was too crowded although we were there the week that Red Sox were playing back to back games and everywhere was crowded. Trolley drivers and guides were excellent and informative. Boston is getting too big with too much construction. Liked the town better 10 years ago although the people are still wonderful.
Great tour but only 1 of the buses has padded benches the others are just wooden benches, The first tour guide was great, but the second bus we got on we didn't particularly like the guide as he wasn't as informative and a bit rude. As I have a very bad back, so had to leave the tour when we got on the second bus as I the wooden benches jolted my back.
The bean town trolley tour was a great way to explore all of Boston at your own pace. There are so many things to see and it is interesting to hear it from a different drivers point of view after each stop. Wait time was a bit long but overall great tour!
This was wonderful. We were picked up outside our hotel - Hilton Back Bay - and used the trolley on and off all day. The drivers/guides were very informative and jovial. Some of the trolleys have more comfy seats than others but that's all part of it. The harbour cruise that is included is also a lovely highlight and afforded some good photo opportunities of the Boston skyline. Again the weather was beautiful - wall to wall blue sky and 80deg - and obviously this always helps. When using the trolley you must stop off at Quincey Market. A wonderfully vibrant shopping and eating experience. You must try the Boston Clam Chowder served in a sourdough bowl. Never before nor again will you eat the dish your soup is served in. Truly delicious. A definite must when visiting Boston.
The tour was a great way to see Boston and hear about it's interesting history. The driver (Pat) was excellent, engaging and good spirited. I really enjoyed it, particularly when we get a big-window seat.
