My experience on the tour was fantastic. My wife and I enjoyed the entire trip from the bus part to the bay cruise. I booked the tour on-line prior to leaving home. I called once I got into Boston and everything was a go. I recommend this trip to anyone coming into Boston.

Taking the trolley was a great way to get oriented and get information about Boston. Each of the drivers had unique style and perspectives. "Mr. Kelly" was our favorite. He had a wonderful way with words. Our two-day tour was capped-off with the Harbor Cruise. It couldn't have been better.

The tour was excellent we had 3 drivers during our trip with hopping off and on and all 3 were very informative, our only disappointment was not being able to get to Harvard on the bus but realise that is not the fault of the bus company.

Boston is full of history and if you visit i suggest you take a tour during the first days of your visit. It's great if you plan to jump on and off. It stops at very nice shopping areas, a beautiful park where you can ride swans, and historic places like Fenway park. I do suggest if you do not like your tour guide jump off and jump on to a different trolley. :)

Tour bus driver was very knowledgeable. Bus was very bumpy. Bus was clean. Overall very good, except for the very bumpy bus ride. 4 stars

Frankly, we've done a lot of hop on hop off tours that we loved, but this was not the best. The "guide" didn't tell us Sunday that the Constitution would be closed Monday. He didn't even tell us Monday when we got off, so we missed it entirely. A different guide gave us info that made us get off at the wrong spot, so had over a mile to walk. He was mad because I was trying to call my hotel to make arrangements for the shuttle and figure out where they would pick us up and demanded we desist while he was doing a Shakespeare Schtick. The stops were all a fair distance from the sites, seemed to be focused on the big hotels, not the tourist attractions.
