Absolutely excellent! We shall return to Boston and will without doubt use the Boston Hop-on-Hop Off Trolley. For those of you who've never been on this, the seats are similar to garden benches screwed into the floor. Some of the windows are zipped heavy duty plastic, so when the sun shines they can be unzipped and rolled up giving fabulous vision, however, when it rains, as it did on one of our days, they can constantly mist up and leak a bit of rain water! Just remember to wear your water-proofs! The driver's are real characters and very imformative. All in all, very good value.
Fun and informative, covers the whole city. Drivers, especially Dick was fantastic. The trolley is an attraction in itself, would do it again and recommend it!
It was a great Trolley Tour - Each of the drivers gave a different perspective to the varioius stops and therefore however many times you went by the different stops, you got a whole new outlook!!
Excellent tour with informative commentary. Hop-on Hop-off was very useful in helping us to explore the North End. A well-chosen range of sights and stops gave us a very good introduction to Boston's main architectural landmarks and the variety in the character of the city's neighbourhoods.
We were so very glad that we went on the Old Town Trolley. We saw all the main points of Boston, and our feet never hurt. We went around the whole tour without getting off, taking notes on the things we wanted to see in more detail. The next morning, we went back and had it all planned out. We did everything we wanted to, and enjoyed it very much. The tour guide was so fun and informative, and we felt very satisfied.

tourguides are very friendly, know a lot about their city, save driving, lots of busses around so that you hardly ever have to wait for your next pick-up.
I loved the option of getting on/off whenever we wanted. There were no long delays at any stop; quick trip between stops. Heard different narrations from each driver about the area and historical events. Only two things that I would see as an improvement; run longer than 5pm and provide a stop at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.

WE DEFINITELY RETURN TO BOSTON, MY SON LOVED IT! WE HAVENT’ SEEN IT ALL YET. WOULD LOVE TO RETURN. THE TROLLEY OPERATORS WERE ALL GREAT AND LOVED THEIR BOSTON ACCENT. :-)
The trip was better than expected. The narration by the drivers was like being in a history class with a funny teacher. Cudo's to Coach and Lobsterback. Trolley's were on time. We'd recommend it to anyhone. A great way to see Boston in a short time.
