The trolley buses were frequent, so hopping on and off was not a problem at all. The drivers were always polite and very informative about the city. It is a good way to see Boston.

This was a great tour and all the guides on the three buses that I jumped on and off were full of interesting information and were very friendly. This is an excellent way to see Boston and to get around. I would highly recommend it to anyone going to Boston for the first time.

The tour operator is a first-class company, and this is a really enjoyable tour of Boston. It was very informative and gave a great insight into what to discover later yourself. I highly recommend this tour; there are lots of companies out there, but I thought this one was great.

It's the easiest way for someone who has time constraints to see all the 'important' parts of the city and gives you a great history of the area. You see places of interest that you may not have discovered on your own. There's nothing like hometown knowledge, and the drivers certainly do their job well and make it fun.

The trolley was a wonderful way to see much of Boston. We were pleased with the Beacon Hill tour also.

The tour guide was trying to be a comedian. Other passengers were talking loud and were not asked to keep it down.

Viator should have the trolley route printable off the internet site. We walked for miles and never found a single trolley stop until Fanueil Hall hours later, even after calling the office staff, who were not helpful at all.
