This is a fantastic way to see everything Boston has to offer. They have really friendly and helpful drivers with very informative narration. If you are coming from Regan airport, get the free number 66 bus from outside the terminal, and it will drop you beside the water-taxi. It drops you just beside the trolley tour office. I got a cab from the airport.

It was a nice tour with an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and funny guide who also moved along in a timely manner, which is important for most tourists. Every important aspect of the tour was covered, and this was 2 years in a row we took this tour.

The drivers we had during the day were great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish there were more hours in the day so we could have gotten off at more stops.

We had a wonderful experience on your tour! The guides were very well informed and interesting. We got off a couple times and only waited a few minutes before another trolley appeared to pick us up and continue. Thanks for the great experience.

The trolley drivers were safe, courteous, and animated! This is a great tour if you want to see the city highlights, and there was also a free historic walking tour.

Definitely a better way to see Boston than driving! The tour guides we had were all knowledgeable and friendly. The only problem we had was driving to the location where we picked up the trolley. Boston needs to mark Mass Avenue on street signs, especially where the road splits in 3 directions - it was difficult to know whether we were actually on Mass Ave or not, so we could have gotten on the trolley much sooner!

This tour was definitely worth it. You get a good feel for the layout of Boston even if you end up going around different blocks due to public gatherings. Would absolutely do this tour again if we have the opportunity to get to Boston again.

We arrived at the Port in Boston and it was only a short walk to pick up the trolley at the Westin however, there are trolley's at the pier for those booking the tour on the cruise. Viator's price was reasonable and the trolley folks were very knowledgeable. We loved it.
