Our tour was one of the last of the season. It was a beautiful day. The driver Brian did an excellent job with his commentary, very knowledgeable. We saw all the sights, took the cruise and even had shopping time. It was a long day, but Brian dropped everyone off at their hotel in the evening. I really enjoyed my day.
Only thing that could have made this tour better was sunshine. Best clam chowder we had all week.
Even though it was a cold and rainy day, the tour guide made everything fun!
Loved our trip to Cape Cod. Our driver, Bryan, was excellent. Very informative. Beautiful sites to see. Would highly recommened this tour!
Outstanding in every way. Our guide Brian was excellent, entertaining, well informed and helpful. I give him A ++++. The pacing of the trip was perfect as was the itinerary. I heartily recommend this trip.
A great trip! The driver supplied a lot of information on the way to Cape Cod. Unfortunately fog spoiled the harbour trip - but that could not be put down to Viator!. Really appreciated the hotel pick up.
Fantastic day out!
Tour was very well organized and the driver/guide did an excellent job of meeting his timelines and getting back for a glassblowing exhibition that was very interesting. Lunch was at an excellent seafood restaurant. The tour gave you a feel for Cape Cod that encouraged a longer visit later.
We really enjoyed this tour apart from the rain. One of the worst parts was the boat trip but again that would have been better without the pouring rain which meant everyone was cooped up in the cabin.
Brian the driver was very knowledgeable and entertaining and kept up a continuous commentary.
The food in the restaurant was very good and the service was wonderful. The tour of the glass factory would have been better if they had a coffee shop on site as by then we really needed one.
The really poor part of this trip was the very bad organisation on the morning of the trip. We were picked up on time by the bus but then taken to a tatty transportation centre along with everyone else going on trips, where we had to queue to exchange our printed itinerary for another ticket. We then had to get back onto the bus we had originally been travelling on but in worse seats as other people had boarded by then. This was absolutely pointless and unnecessary as we had already printed out our tickets and should have been able to just give them to the driver who picked us up...very poor and I don't think I would chose to go on another trip with Viator.
