We were picked up on time. It is helpful to know you need to go upstairs to the departure area. Then go to the Limo area. The driver will be there with his signage for you. Very good driver with knowledge of the area. Excellent service. We had the same driver for our departure also. I would highly recommend this service.
Excellent the driver was waiting for us even though our flight form London was an hour late. Maybe it would be better to incorporate the toll fares within the package. The driver also was excellent. Thanks you.
As expected first class service delivery. Car and driver at Airport as arranged and very informative drive to hotel. Will definitely use again

The transfer was timely and friendly. However, the posted charge ignored the toll cost coming out of Logan Airport, which added 10. Viator should include this fee in the proposal.
A very good service, and when we were returning to the airport three days later we had the same driver who remembered us so, the service felt more personal. Having to re confirm by phone 72 hours before is a bit of a hassle and in my opinion unnecessary as we had already filled in another conformation online.
The driver was there waiting for my call. He was very courteous. Be aware that there is an extra fee needed for toll and gratuities.

Driver insisted we pay 21.50 which included tolls and gratuities. I was under the impression gratuities were up to us to pay. Did not appreciate being told how much gratuity to be paid. The driver was quite adamant that this was the amount he was told to collect.
THE CAR AND DRIVER WERE VERY NICE HOWEVER THE DRIVER TOOK ME TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND WAS NOT VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE AREA.
WE EVENTUALLY MADE IT AFTER ASKING DIRECTIONS FROM A PERSON NEARBY.
THE DRIVE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND WAS VERY NICE.
Whilst I understood at the time of booking bridge tolls and airport fees would be extra I had not realised they would be so high. I also think that as the costs are known, they could easily have been included in the booking price. This artificially reduced the offer price and is thus rather misleading. Other than that the transfer was fine.
Service was good, but way too expensive. $48 plus another $18 to the vendor. We took a cab back to the airport for less than $25.00.

My driver was great and my the was clean. There was an extra fee for around $13 which I thought was pretty ridiculous. I also was unclear of what this fee was for. Luckily I had cash on my but for this I won't take it again.
Driver picked us up as arranged. That was Ok. Then he said we had to pay toll fees. I knew we were responsible for these charges but thought $15 was excessive as the toll charge is only $3:75 or thereabouts. Also we thought the vehicle was not as clean as we would expect.
The car was waiting for us in a designated place on our arrival. However, as soon as we got into the car it was suggested that we needed to pay the full amount for the service to the driver. We were also told that on top of this there was an amount we had to give the driver for his tip. They did not appear to know that we were in possession of a pre-paid voucher. Fortunately, I had taken a copy of the voucher with me. He phoned his manager to explain this as if it had been unexpected. He then went on to say that although we had paid, there were still tolls to pay for the airport. Our paperwork stated that there may be tolls to pay but without knowing how much, we felt very uneasy. It would have helped if we knew exactly the amount due as a toll beforehand, as we did not know if we were being cheated. My advice to anyone is to make sure they take their pre-paid voucher with them as proof of payment.
Plane was late getting to gate, then huge delay at immigration, so driver had left airport.
However he returned when we called. He didn't know the hotel, it was by chance I spotted it out of the window.
Think I will take a taxi next time
No taxi waiting on arrival. Had to call on our mobile to enquire where the taxi was and was told that he had been and gone and they would try to get him back. Was told our flight number was incorrect, we had called New York with all the details a week previous. Driver did come back for us was pleasant but car was dirty outside and in. On arrival at hotel was asked for an extra $12 for toll this was not quoted on booking.
