Driver perfectly on time and friendly.Although you have a voucher there is toll to pay.
Our driver was the same driver that picked us up at the airport and brought us to the Hotel. He was very helpful about our trip. He was on time and did handle all of our luggage. It made our trip very fast without delays. When you are picked up at the airport, go to departures and wait under the Limo line. Great service.
Driver arrived on time and got us to the airport on time. We definately would use this service again.
A great service but I think it's pointless and a lot of hassle to phone to confirm. None of the local numbers seem to work on the mobile phone so I had to rely on the hotel concierge.

Journey ok. Pick up and drop as planned. On time. Clean, comfortable car. Good driver. Only downside was that as soon as we got picked up at the hotel the driver informed us it would cost $13. I told him I had already paid and he said it was for tips and tolls. I spoke to his controller and he said the extras are mentioned in the small print on my voucher. In fact it says 'Exclusions: Tolls (if taken), Parking or airport fees (if applicable), Gratuities (up to the customer's discretion)'. So instead of £31, I paid £44. I don't know how much a cab booked by the hotel would have cost so I can't say whether that's good value for money or not. I'm assuming it must be. Would probably use this service again for comfort and convenience and would be prepared for the extras.
Good car, but lacked information were to pick up the car waiting for us, also was disappointed tolls were not included, tolls should just be included in the price as they are required and you can't go anywhere with paying for so please just included in the price in the future saves a lot of hazel for the visitor
After the mixup with the arrival journey asked the hotel to check our return journey thank goodness we did, they again had the incorrect name and details for us, hotel was told they didn't have a booking in our name. Hotel eventually managed to get a pick up for us. Driver arrived at agreed time and this time car was clean. We were told there would be a gratuity charge of $13.50, again not advised about this at booking. Would not recommend this service
Dispite providing my full hotel information at time of booking having arrived at the airport and called for transport was told i had to pay a further $47 by Carmel. If i didn't it wouldn't be able to be transfered. I paid this and was told that was it nothing further to pay but see my "return" transfer review! This sounds like a 'scam' by Carmel to get extra money from travellers maybe to tip their drivers!
Pick-up arranged for 17:00 and sedan had not arrived at 17:10. Hotel concierge called company who said they had been told the pick up time was 17:40. However, this was not the case. Despatcher advised that car had been despatched and would be with us at 17:20. Car had still not arrived at 17:25 so Hotel concierge called them again and was told that car was on way and would be no more than 5 minutes. Driver eventually arrived at 17:45. Was not a sedan but a people carrier. Not impressed and will not use again.
