Read what other Viator.com travelers think about the Round-Trip Transport to Wrentham Village Premium Outlets from Boston. What they loved, what they liked and what they think could be improved, it's all here to help you make the most of your next trip.
The outlet has a great number of shops with very reasonable pricing. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to Brush Hill to collect the coach and then returned (with many shopping bags!!) to our hotel on the way back. Our coach driver, George, was very friendly and courteous. All in all, a worthwhile and enjoyable trip. If you love shopping then you should definitely check this out.
It's a very nice outlet and it's not crowded with a lot of tourist as they used to be.
There is a wide selection at the outlet mall with quite attractive prices.
However, personally, the 6-hours shopping spree is too short!
great shopping shops all set out in rows a lot easier to shop and not miss any
Great Service, bus picked us up on time at appointed pick up point.
Driver very helpful and friendly. The outlet had great bargains. Snowing when we got back driver left us at hotel.
Excellent - the company even let us change the day of our tour to an earlier date as the weather was bad.
Very straight forward trip collected us on time and returned very promptly
Been twice in 13 months and will be going again for a third time. Our driver was polite, amusing and very informative. Thanks for an excellent excursion.
Definitely worth doing if you are a shopaholic - the food selection there wasn't great and there is nothing else other than shopping. The trip there was about 40 minutes.
Although advertised at approx. 5 hours it was 6.25 hours, much too long, it wasn't a luxury coast but a 12 seater bus with a very low roof and I had to craw to the back row. On the way back a second taxi was provided but we had to wait until 17.30. Ruby Tuesday does an excellent lunch.
this was ok nice shops etc as its a long way out worth doing the bus trip but I felt 6 hrs was way to long to be there
Wrentham itself is definitely worth doing if you like shopping - coach was bit "tired" and bit of waiting around for driver.
If you have your own car or a rental- save the money for your shopping and drive yourself...
This started out as a nightmare- I had confirmed my rservation with pick up from downtown hotel- The bus or shuttle was supposed to pick me up at 910am-I was waiting at the front of hotel since 845am. When no one showed up by 945am, the hotel concierge was nice enough to call the tour company for me to see if they would send a driver to pick me up-no way-when I kept asking for a ride and refusing to cancel the female clerk told me the bus trip was FULL- I said how can it be full when I hold a reserved seat? She then passed me off to a guy-eventually they agreed to reimburse me if I took a taxi- so it was only 5$ for the cab and they did pay for it but thats not the point- they didnt send anyone to pick me up as reserved-it was soooo aggravating. Then the 'luxury bus" turned out to be 3-4 15 passenger vans. The drivers were nice and the shopping at the mall was good- just be cautious when booking with this company-after speaking to a few different concierges-they said this company is notorious for bad service. Good Luck.
