Salem is just o.k. , expected more in order of witch trails, one time is enough, will not go back.

we enjoyed ourselves very much, just a little too commercialized for me. I guess from what I had heard there was more about the witches in the 1600. The Musem was great tho. Lots of nice people

A little disappointed with Salem itself, too commercialized for me. The journey there is very scenic through New England and our tour guide was fantastic. Bob is a very flexible and funny guide and enjoyed his interaction with the people on the tour.

We spent a lot of time in Marblehead and didn't get to spend as much time in Salem as we should have. We only had time to go through the House of Seven Gables and half of the Witch Museum then visit a few shops. The shops were disappointing. I was told it's better to visit in the fall.

I was a bit disappointed that we made a couple of site-seeing stops along the way, which limited the amount of time spent at Salem. Even though we left Boston around 9-ish, we didn't make it to Salem until around noon. We chose to skip the Essex museum so we could still wander around the town to check out other sites and have a lunch that wasn't rushed. Our bus driver was very insightful on the drive out to Salem, pointing out interesting sites and related history.

The trip to Salem was nice. However my sister and I were unable to get into any of the museums because of so much time wasted driving there. The New England Seacoast trip should have been great, my mom and I ordered the tickets a month in advance and because of the wrong address posted on the voucher got to the pick up very close to departure time. Not only that but even though we had printed out a voucher we were put in a long line and by the time we got to the bus were told that the tour was full. The infuriating part of this was that our names were the first to even appear on the tour's booking list but because of the wrong address printed on the online voucher our taxi driver got lost. Then after being told the bus was full, we were very disappointed however they suggested that my mom sit in one seat and I sit in the fold out chair over the stairs of the bus which is not even meant for traveling. Needless to say I was very unhappy as my mom was visiting from Florida and I rarely get to see her and instead of sharing the drive together we both alternated sitting in the very uncomfortable fold out chair. We feel that we were wronged and that we should at least be given some sort of compensation. The online vouchers that you print out should have the correct address on them and should be all that you need to board the bus. The should just be for those who have yet to purchase tickets not for those who purchased them a month in advance. Overall I was very disappointed.
