The tour guide knew all about the history of Salem and directed us to the best place to find what we wanted. He named some good place to eat .....we choose one and it was great . The tour guide went out of his way to make things easy for us. It was a great experience.
From Marblehead to Salem to the House of 7 Gables and the Candy Shop Bob made the trip a total delight!
Hailey my Granddaughter can't stop talking about "BOB!" The streets of Salem were a lot of fun too.
The trip to Salem was outstanding. Our guide (I think his name was Bob but I am not sure) was excellent, entertaining, helpful and well informed. I give him an A++++. I heartily recommend this trip. The highlight for me was The House of the Seven Gables and the Peabody Essex museum which I didn't know about before strolling through the town.
Fun tour as well as educational. Our tour guide Bob was awesome! He shared a lot of information with us and really went above and beyond on our trip. If I ever go back to Boston I would love to take another tour with Bob.
Great trip. Bob had interference on the mic which was painful but all else was fine.
Great driver, Bob, very informative and a great personality. Also enjoyed Marblehead.
Fun day trip from Boston. Our driver Bob was fun and friendly. He included many stops that weren't on the tour and gave us a "locals" viewpoint! My only complaint would be that we didn't actually get to see the Salem Witch Museum as the tickets had sold out before we got there. Still worthwhile.
Fantastic experience would recommend as a must see, great atmosphere
We enjoyed the tour thoroughly. Bob, our tour guide was fantastic, Boston couldn't ask for a better ambassador!
Dennis and Kathy from British Columbia, Canada.
Fun, informative, and factual. A very nice gentleman in Bob who was flexible with the schedule and allowed plenty of free time to visit and tour the areas.
I had read the reviews about the great tour guide Bob beforehand and if anything it didn't do him justice. He was fantastic, time was never an issue and we were brought on a historical, sightseeing journey full of interesting facts about Boston, Marblehead and an insight into Salem Witch trials. Salem Dungeon put on a short play of the trial which was mesmerising. The Witch Museum also had great visual displays. This was the Highlight of my 8 day vacation in Boston by far.
Loved it and loved the guide. Brilliant man. Lived there his whole life so got a real tour. Was wonderful and definately would push this on others to do. A definate must while your in boston.
Great experience and very knowledgable driver.
Excellent booking service.
The tour driver Bob was outstanding. He provided lots of historical information, had a great sense of humor and showed us a lot more than the tour brochure promised. Bob made an interesting trip to Salem an experience.
Bob our tour leader was lovely. Not only did he know the whole story behind the witch trials, but he also made a few stops along the way to Salem at different places and gave us all alot of information about the history of Boston.
Bob was an incredible guide!!!! Best tour we have even been on would go again with Bob anytime. Whole family loved the experience and can't stop telling everyone about trip.
It rained but the tour was still awesome. Our bus driver showed us a great time and was very knowledgeable. Ask for Bob!
I enjoyed the tour immensely. Bob, the bus driver/guide, was extremely dedicated to showing everyone a great time. He offered a lot of insider local historical knowledge which was appreciated by all on the tour. Salem has more than just the Witch history on offer. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit to the House of Seven Gables and Nathaniel Hawthorne's birthplace. The guide there was excellent, too. I enjoyed the maritime history Bob shared with us and that he gave us two hours to spend on our own in Salem. This was very useful because I spent my time selecting books and consuming a delicious lunch at one of the cafes.
Bob dropped everyone on the bus off at their hotel on his way back to the bus depot. This was above and beyond the call of his job; however, I really appreciated it because I needed to be back by 8pm to attend the Boston Symphony Hall. It was a memorable experience and one that i will cherish for several years to come,
