This van was fine and the driver was very amenable. Van arrived on time to take us back to the airport.

pick up from hotel was 3 hours before the flight was due to depart. We were the only ones on the 'shared pick up', so it felt like a private taxi. Transfer on time, clean car, pleasant driver.

Great service. Turned up on time and a quick and easy transfer to the airport. The driver was very pleasant.
The customer service team called to confirm the shuttle pick up and were able to merge two bookings to get my friends on the same shuttle as me. The shuttle was punctual and well-priced. The driver was polite and helped get us all to the right terminals.

Because I was a little confused about the Shared Departure area, The Van was filled by the time I figured it out but another Van came within an hour. The pick up was a little before the scheduled time which was great!! I was assured that I would get to the Airport on time. The driver was curious and he was able to answer questions.
As a relatively inexperienced air traveler, I was unsure how to find the shuttles. I asked at the Airport Information Desk, but the person at the desk was not familiar with the Viator name and was not helpful. My fault for not actually printing out the Voucher -- I had printed the confirmation, thinking that was enough. Still, it would be good for airport info people to recognize the names of transportation brokers. The transfer itself was smooth and I arrived safely.
