We're so lucky to have had Maria Fatima on our transfer. We had her on our sugar loaf tour and she was by far one of the best tour guides we've ever had. She was on time and so friendly and tells you everything you need to know. Extremely pleasant experience.

The pickup from the airport was on time with a perfect gentleman as the driver.

Wonderful experience. Fatima was my driver. She picked me up at the aiport and drove back. She is such a pleasant person. I'm so glad I met her. She was there waiting for me with a sign with my name as soon as I left customs. As we were driving along she pointed out points of interest. She was also my driver on the way back to the airport. I would highly recommend this service. Much more reliable than a cab. Ask for Fatima.

Very professional. The driver was smartly dressed, was waiting at the airport on time and gave some nice comments about the city on the way in. On the return the same driver arrived at the hotel early which was great to avoid the rush hour traffic and again very good service. He drive safely despite heavy rain and his car was immaculate

Great to be met and warmly greeted coming out of customs and driven swiftly to my hotel in comfort. Driver (in both directions), Maria de Fatima was ready and waiting in hotel lobby for return transfer and provided an excellent friendly service. I forgot my jacket on the back seat but as I was returning to Rio GIG airport a few days later in transit Maria kept it safe for me and returned it personally to me. I really can't praise her enough!

Overall Excellent experience. This was my first time to Rio de Janerio and was not too sure about the local transportation and hence chose thisoption. On arrival my viator contact (Maria Oliveira) was right there at the airport with the signboard and the transfer from airport to hotel was safe and seamless with some very useful information about the place shared during the drive. Also on the return journey the Maria was at the hotel before time and drove me through another scenic route of the city thus giving the trip a great finish ! . I would recommend this to my fellow travellers and would also like to thank Maria Oliveira for being an excellent guide for this city.
