Only slight problem was that the office was situated in a booth just outside the terminal building. There were no direction signs and the booth itself was unmarked. Apart from that, it was very good.

My trip was only a transfer from hotel to airport, but I found the driver polite and punctual and it took away any concerns about getting to my flight on time. Not being an experienced traveller it is nice to know that there are businesses out there who can make travelling a little less daunting. Transfers seem minor in the scheme of things but at the time they become very important. I would highly recommend you again, and in fact we have booked transfers through you for our upcoming trip to Melbourne.

Bus arrived punctually and drivers were friendly but the pick-up around town took too long and there were delays with other passengers so I was afraid that I would almost miss my flight!

It was OK, I felt that the driver was driving a little fast and the carriage was a small van, the information and communication was excellent. Would prefer to see some more bigger and better buses in place.

The only thing that was wrong was we had a change of flight before we left the UK and we told you about it, though unfortunately there was a bit of confusion. Other than that everything was OK.

After travelling all around inner-city Brisbane for nearly an hour in a noisy very uncomfortable bus, we were the next to last to be dropped off at our motel. It was OK because we got there in the end, but I would have rather paid the extra money and got a taxi if I had known how long it would take and how uncomfortable it was going to be.
