We had to wait too long at the airport. The service desk was not very efficient.

Not aware that the shuttle did not meet flights. Had to wait outside amongst the smoke from a myriad of cigarettes. Not a pleasant experience after a flight. Description of meeting place not clear, staff off hand when asked. When bus finally arrived took over an hour to reach our hotel on the South Bank. In fact we spent longer getting from the airport to the hotel than on the flight. This is completely different from our experience with the shuttle transport in Melbourne.

Driver was rude and unhelpful. Damaged the wheel on one of our suitcases, it now doesn't work, by hurling it into the trailer, missing and hitting the metal side of the trailer!

Long wait for transfer and we could have taken the skytrain straight into central Brisbane for a lot less money and a lot less time.

Not running on schedule which was very disappointing. Assumed I was to be dropped directly to my door, which was not the case. Driver rude and abrupt and bus very noisy and in need of some cleaning and repairs.

We arrived at Brisbane airport and headed to a bus that was loading passengers. We were told that we couldn't board that bus because we were booked on the next bus. We didn't wait, we caught a taxi which cost us more money.

I do not recommend booking online as the service desk had no record of my booking. Luckily I had all my paperwork that I had printed out, and the lady at the desk was helpful and did manage to get us on another bus (although we had to wait about an hour). I was also not informed that we would be the last drop-off, and by the time we arrived at our hotel it was over two hours after we landed at Brisbane.
