The web site for booking my transport was not user friendly. Where any detail was omitted it would ask for the information but then delete all the other info that I had taken time to put in (frustrating and 3 attempts later!!). Arrived in Brisbane and helped by friendly staff member who said that the wrong month shows up for our round trip shuttle collection. This was corrected and we received a printout with the time and date highlighted. On the pickup day we waited for half an hour for pick up and then the hotel phoned the shuttle number to find out why we had not been picked up. The reply was that it was booked for the next month!! go figure that. The result was that we came close to missing our international flight.
We would use the shuttle transfer again, however on our return trip to the airport...the drivers could not locate our booking. Thank goodness for the communication between the drivers who problem solved our situation to get us to the airport. Kudos to the employees of Coachtran.
My booking was not in the system of assigned shuttle, but it was managable on site.
We found the driver rude and we had to wait in the rain until he had finished chatting to his mates, this was very disappointing as all the other Australians we met were lovely, sorry to be negative but this driver might loose you some future customers.
Vehicles were on time, but need to change buses for trip to airport was a nuisance. Taxi would have been much quicker, and not much more expensive for 2 people.

My experience was not a good one. On arriving at the airport I went to the ticket office and showed my ticket. It was approximately 1.50pm and was told that the next shuttle was at 2.20pm. There were a lot of people standing there and a bus was sitting in the bay with the driver in it. At 2.20pm he got out of the bus and started to take bags on board. We left at approximately 2.40pm. It was a slow trip and I arrived at my hotel well after 3pm. The trip back to the airport on the Sunday was much better. My friend had much the same experience and we both decided that we would catch the train in future!!

Shuttles leaves about every half hour from airport, so if possible check in at least a few minutes before the hour or half hour mark. In general a cheap option to get to where you need to go. Return shuttle pickup supposed to give enough time for return flight but ran late so it was a tight connection to get on plane - may want to request a slightly earlier pickup to be safe.

The trip itself was ok, but I found the bus stops confusing and with 3 coaches in at the same time, it became very busy and a little chaotic. I had never been to Brisbane before, so had no idea where I was going, so did the Gold Coast bus go in my direction, I didn't know. Better information on the bus stop would help.

A long wait for a bus into town. The order said driver would be waiting. This did not happen. Had to find a centre to book a bus at an available time. Return transfer was as ordered. Came to hotel at stated time.

I found the ground staff at the airport desk rude and unhelpful, the driver inbound from the airport was the same, but it was cheap and clean, the return trip and office staff were ok, I probably would use them again.

Drivers definitely need some 'customer contact' lessons! Very unfriendly & not at all made to feel welcome or valued as a paying customer. Don't expect them to jump thru hoops, just a friendly smile is all. Thank you.

The bus was a half an hour late and the driver was a bit frazzled but he was polite and we arrived safely at our destination.
After a long international flight, I was disappointed to find that the desk for this shuttle had moved and when I found it was told the next shuttle would be in about 30 minutes. It was more like 40 minutes. While waiting at the designated stop, a shuttle arrived within the original 30 minutes, but it was an 'inbound' shuttle, merely dropping off. When our shuttle did finally arrive, the driver said it would be another 10 minutes and he went for a smoke. The return pickup from the hotel required we be ready 5 minutes before our designated pickup (we were there 15 minutes ahead). Again, when our shuttle should have arrived, we again were disappointed to find it was an 'inbound' - dropping off folks. When our shuttle had not arrived within 25 minutes of the scheduled pickup, we took a flat-rate car to the airport (40.00) instead. I had prepaid for roundtrip and based on this experience I will not do this again.
the staff both in the reception and drivers were very rude and unhelpful. i would not recomend this company to anyone.
again had to wait for the transfer for 30 minutes not impressed, was advised there where too many shuttles therefor service was cut back. The driver on the way back was rude and unpolite
