If you time is limited and you want to see as much along the Queensland coast as possible, this should be on your list. Ideally, one would spend a couple of days on Fraser Island, but we felt the 15+ hours spent was worth it. It's a comprehensive 'tour' of Fraser Island with a guide who is a capable 4WD driver and knowledgeable guide.

All in all, not a bad trip, but one day was too short to visit Fraser Island.

Unfortunately the weather was atrocious on this day! Fine weather for a couple of hours on Fraser Island. Beach had been closed so we did not get to experience the 4WD along the beach area, tour guide was excellent and the group we travelled with good fun, but we had barely finished the bbq when it poured down with rain!! The guides made do with the best they could in the circumstances, but for the price and and extremely long day very disappointed. Tour should have been cancelled. We did contact the tour company day before to ensure it was still on, due to weather and was assured still going ahead !!Very costly for a tour where only half of what was promised.
