Great--just the right amount of time.

This trip is for people who are not sure about Amsterdam because it is a nice, quick trip. Personally we need more time in Amsterdam, but if you are cut for time, then this is a great trip. The cheese and clog farm was also very cool. They showed you how they make the clogs and how they make the cheese, with samples.

A really wonderful tour with an exceptional tour guide.

We went on the trip due to lack of time, and this one-day trip is very OK for people like us, who are on mission in Brussels and only have the weekend free and would like to have a bit of sightseeing around Brussels. The day tour provide just "enough" of Amsterdam, you do not feel that you haven't seen anything at all. We didn't have much time for shopping, which actually I think is not really that theatric for Amsterdam. The main attraction is the canals and farms' beauty, which the tour covered pretty well.

We had a very qualified guide who told us a lot of interesting things about Belgium, the Netherlands and their capitals. She speaks English, French, Spanish etc. and she's a very good organizer.

The tour arrangement was good, very good intro guide to Amsterdam except the tour guide could've been nicer. However, it was worth it and will do it again if I have a chance.

The tour guide needs to be replaced. Not helpful at all. Tended to take care of only certain groups. The picture of the tulips SHOULD be taken off as there were NO tulips to be seen on this trip!!!

It took too much time to go to Amsterdam that we couldn't enjoy the city too much.

The trip to Amsterdam was less enjoyable mainly due to some very loud members of the excursion group on the coach playing music during the trip uncontrolled by the tour company. The bus was also quite small and uncomfortable. The tour guide was helpful at times but I do not think that the reference to "tipping" the driver at the end of the day was at all necessary as most people already know what is the appropriate thing to do at the end of trips and should not have unfair pressure exerted on them. Also the tour guide did not understand that taking lunch might be considered appropriate for some members of the group at 2.30pm since the excursion had begun as 8.45am. Seemed a little more interested in taking the group around Amsterdam to earn a good "tip" for himself. Could have been better guided during the bus journey and the "structure" of the excursion to Amsterdam was not clear at all. We were charged 10 euros per person for the boat trip but have no idea whether this was the actual cost per person or whether a further "tip" was involved in the transaction for the boat trip. All in all, did not consider it to be great value for money and was disappointed.

Could add more attractions to the trip.

There isn't much time to explore and enjoy the city since the bus ride to Amsterdam is about 3 hours each way.

The tour was very nice but the service from the company was terrible. I paid in advance for the trip through the internet and kept calling the phone number I was given to re-confirm the tour and every time I called there was an answering machine nobody ever answered. I left my phone number many times, from the hotel and never ever this people returned my call.
