Excellent tour guide and beautiful city.

Was quite impressed by the city as I knew little about it.

The guide was not as good as one would expect. Antwerp is the best city in Belgium.

This was a wonderful day trip! The ancient main squares in the city of Antwerp with cobblestone streets, outdoor cafes, and stunning cathedral were a pleasant surprise to us. Our tour guide was outstanding. This half-day bus tour from Brussels was one of the highlights of our week in Belgium.

The tour was really good, the only disappointment was the trip to the diamond shop, if we could have seen more than one man at work it may have been a bit more interesting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Antwerp.

Guide should let us have time at the harbour front and old castle to feel the atmosphere of the place and take photos. We only managed to look at the castle from the opposite side of the road. Didn't get to step onto the harbour. What a shame. The visit at the diamond factory can be cut short. The place and the products are not impressive, and we waited so long there for the tour to resume.

We spent too much time at the docks and the diamond cutting. The churches and the artwork were all beautiful. Some of us would have liked to have had something to eat. We were beginning to get hungry after all the walking and needed more than just a drink.

The tour was great, however, I have been on tours that were better organized. Also, I felt as if the tour guide did not provide us all of the interesting information that most likely existed regarding our tour sites.

We wish they had stopped at the concentration camp on the way to Antwerp and also took us around the beer brewery. If you have only a few days in Belgium, spend more time in Bruges. It is really beautiful and worth an over night stay if not for two days. Antwerp has nothing much to see.

Our tour leader was rushing the whole time, and gave more importance to the Spanish speaking tourists as very minimal explanation was made in English. When she did, it was hardly understandable. Use of the restroom in the bus was forbidden, claiming it was out of order, though we discovered it wasn't. It was most difficult, especially to the elderly tourists on board, considering the rainy cold weather and long trip due to traffic jam.

Loved the Antwerp tour but would leave out the diamond part, as they seemed to be annoyed that we were there.

Not sure why we went around the docks for an hour. But the waffles and church were fantastic.

The tour guide was somewhat rude and rushed everything. He told us we only had 15 min in the main cathedral and square. I didn't really feel like I saw much on this tour and the tour guide was unable to answer any of the other tour group members questions. The last half the tour is spent in some diamond store for you to buy things there.

I normally do not take tours like this and would typically hop the train from Brussels. However, as I had limited time due to my work schedule and was tired from my flight, I opted for this tour. Everything in Antwerp was closed because it was an 'off-season' Sunday. This was only shared with us on the bus en route. None of the diamond facilities were open, even though this had been promoted as part of the tour. The cathedral was lovely, and frankly the best part of the day was having free time to explore the church and the surrounding area. Our guide could not have been less interested. Although I was picked up at my hotel as advertised, I was dropped off several blocks away in an unfamiliar neighborhood. And please - a tour of the docks is not particularly insightful or interesting. We passed several interesting sites on the way to Antwerp - a former concentration camp, a brewery, etc. that would have been fine substitutes for the omitted diamond tour and the included dock tour.
