Timely hotel pick up and a professional guide made this tour very enjoyable. My wife and 4 children enjoyed the pace, variety of interests addressed and the simple beauty of Bruges. We previously visited Bruges in 2005, but it was the first time for our children. Thanks for delivering the tour just as described. We will look out for more Viator tours on future trips.

Very well organized, very good guide, we had time to see everything. All together this was a very good tour and an excellent value for money.

The city is beautiful and we loved every part of it. The issue was with our tour conductor, he knew nothing of historical importance about the city. Any questions about the history of the city, he didn't have any answers. He provided us with some maps and we had to find our own way after he left us half way. The pickup and drop-off of the bus was very helpful, and the driver was considerate to drop us to the nearest place to our hotel. I think more knowledge can be given to the tour conductors about how to conduct a tour.

I enjoyed the tour, but it might have been easier to just take the train. I didn't get much out of it other than that and felt like we were just going to places to buy things we didn't want.

The city of Bruges is beautiful, and we had great weather while there. We would recommend that others consider touring this city. However, the trip we experienced was way too hurried, and the large amount of fast walking required to keep up disappointed us. We had to forgo lunch in order to quickly work in a boat ride on the canals, which are a highlight of this city. The tour guide was in an extreme hurry to cover all that we did in such a short time. For us, more time or a reduced scope would be much more enjoyable. Also, on the return trip in the bus, the guide and bus driver talked to each other constantly, and we found this annoying. We would definitely recommend a tour to Bruges but would suggest one of a different format with more time. A relaxing tour of this city would be very enjoyable, but the go-go pace and hurried atmosphere of this one is not recommended by us.

The guide was not good, the trip was not as it was booked. We left Brussels at 1215 and returned to Brussels at 615, only 6 hours.

The tour was not worth doing it, except for the comfort of the bus transport between Brussels and Bruges and VV. The tour guide was a courteous person, however when we got into Bruges we had almost no information about the city. Right after our arrival in Bruges we were directed to an expensive restaurant for lunch and those who did not want to eat or could not afford it had to wait nearby, leading to a loss of valuable time. The tour guide only directed us through the main sites of Bruges, which is not of course ever enough. I would not recommend it at all.
