Good way to get around the city if you get a considerate driver.

The final tour time is too early. The tours should continue at least till 8 p.m. in summer since the sun is still shining.

The bus condition was terrible and you cannot hear the comments due to the noise of the bus engine. They cover the bus top due to the heavy rain which is good but you can feel the rain leakage on many chairs. Maybe you can have better conditions during the summer. The quality of the comments provided are very poor and you can hardly recognize the stops. I thought it was good if you took the full tour - as an express city tour I did not hop on again.

Saw some history of Brussels that we wouldn't have seen if we didn't do the sightseeing tour.

We took the tour on the one day of our trip that it rained heavily. We did not get off the bus at all. Also, the one stop that we wanted to visit, the Japanese towers, were closed as they are only open for a limited time during the year.

The headphones were in a box under the seats, which you had to find. Also, they didn't always work.

Bus driver was so rude. Windows filthy. Never again.

I do not recommend this one. The buses are old and loud so that if you had audio you couldn't hear it. Also they did not follow the published route so it was impossible to know what we were seeing since there was no audio.
