Took us to all the places we wanted to see and dropped off very near to them all. Good 12 hour bus service. All drivers very pleasant and polite.

Because the sites were far apart and it was rainy and foggy on the day of my visit, the bus ride was most convenient. Stops were available at the famous Brussels locations. Buying tickets online ahead of time was slightly cheaper than buying on location.

We only had one day in Brussels and wanted to make the most of our time. The Hop On Hop Off was a great choice. We saw so much of the city that we wouldn't have otherwise. Whether you have more than a day or not, certainly consider taking this tour.

It rained while we were there, which took the shine off our trip. The tour was OK, a temporary cover was put on the bus, so these tours were better than other providers that didn't have the temp covers even in the rain. However, it was prerecorded commentary, which I always find not as good as a live guide. There were very few stops in the "centre", most of them seemed more on the outskirts, and the leaflet on the bus was useless in helping us decide which stops to get off at. However, not bad value and I'm sure in better weather a more enjoyable trip.

Driver on one bus did not really let you know when you were at a stop, or what was there.

I waited for bus for one and half hour on bus stop at 3.30pm, but bus didn't arrive. Me & my wife had to suffer the snowfall because of that. At last we had to catch local bus to reach Centraal station.It was very bad experience.
