Was a good experience for first timers to Brussels; however, was much shorter than advertised.

Tour was good. With limited time, an excellent way to see the main sights. Did not like the tour guide asking for a tip at the end.

The old buildings in the city are attractive to travellers.

If i had not done this city tour I would not have seen the highlights of Brussels on my own in such a short time. Worth doing.

The most efficient and effective manner to see the city as a whole. Has the usual frailty of being primarily focused on major churches and little focus on what really makes a city - the people, occupations and life in general.

We had less than 24 hours in Brussels - the City Tour was exactly the "ticket" to see the highlights. It was thorough & well done.

I think I would have missed a lot if I did this on my own.

Our guide was very knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. It was a thorough city tour! Brussels is a beautiful city!! Would highly recommend. I found the multi-languages a bit distracting. The tour was advertised as "English speaking" and it was. However, it was also in three other languages. I found this misleading. After the guide explained the site to us in English, the same explanation was given in three other languages. My recommendation would be to clarify in your advertisement that it is multi-language, so that customers are aware that they will be hearing the same thing in at least three languages.
We use Viator wherever offered on our travels and will continue to do so. Highly professional staff!
Very informative helpful and friendly tour guide, drivers. Even picked up and dropped off at hotel by friendly and helpful tour staff. One of the better operators we have used. Saw and did more than we could have organised ourselves.

The tour really gave me the good overall pictures of Brussels.

The tour could be much improved. The guide was not very informative; he did not seem to know a lot about what we asked him. Could not tell us basic things about the highlights of Grand Place, the town hall, and was a bit indifferent. The walking part was very short, and the driving part was a way to get an idea of Brussels.
