Too large a group and too much walking.

The bus tour was about 2 hours long and we were driven through most of the important tourist attractions. However, the bus only stopped at the Atomium. I was expecting to stop at more tourist places. The tour was more like sitting in the bus and listening to the commentary.

After a good start w a 20-30 minute walk around the Grand Place, we got on a bus and for the remainder of the trip - with one exception - we stayed on the bus. Brussels turned out to be a lovely city but this format didn't allow us to experience it. Frankly, this method made for a boring tour. The tour is advertised as lasting from 10-2 but luckily in this case we were through by 1230. The guide himself was fine it's the format that failed.

The tour was two hours vs the scheduled three hours. The tour guide told us that we were lucky because there were no traffic jams.
