Unfortunately, our first day of Brussels and Antwerp tour was in rainy weather. The tour was well organised though and we enjoyed the commentary.
The Ghent and Bruges tour day was blessed with bright sunshine after 3 days of gloomy weather which added to the beauty of the well conducted tour. The guides were well informed and efficient. We enjoyed our tours on both days.

These tours were all very good. They were well organised, generally. It worked very well doing the tours together, it saved time and money. The tour guides were very good. The only downside was the fact that the tours were given in either 3 or 4 languages which resulted in hearing every thing many times, which could get quite annoying. I enjoyed them all and recommend them highly.

For the most part it was good. Our visit to Antwerp did not include a stop at a diamond merchant. Our tour guide the second day was boring. I enjoyed the guide to Antwerp. He made his talk more interesting, even if it was in 3 languages.

Definitely loved the tour in Brussels and Bruges, but Antwerp and Ghent were not as exciting as I was hoping. This might have been because it was a weekend trip and everything seemed to be closed. If you plan on going on this trip, don't do it on a Sunday.

This trip was a great opportunity to see different towns within the country. Some stops were not as good as others and there were some language barriers, however, sites were truly amazing. Free time was given which was great to explore on your own terms.

too many languages, we wasted alot of time because he had to translate in four languages.... one of the worst overall tour I have taken with VIATOR... :-(

The Brussels tour was great. The Antwerp tour was disappointing - the tour guide was awful, he left someone behind just to rush us to a "Diamond Factory" which is really just a sales room. Not Satisfied. Gent = too short of a visit (2 hours); Bruges = very pretty, decent tour.

The tour was mediocre. There was not enough personal attention.

The greatest problem I had with this trip was that it was run in four different languages. The guide would talk in English, and then 3 different languages. It was impossible to keep up with! The trip itself was good and I enjoyed seeing the different cities BUT it was too difficult to keep up with the language problem. I suggest they take smaller vans and have them language specific.

Were left by tour guide, who did not care how we will get back. It took us two hours by asking strangers for help, finding metro and train back to Brussels. Very dissapointed. Other tour participants begged the tour guide to wait another 5 min, but he said that we can get back by train and it was not a big deal. No responsibility for us whatsoever.

1. Office staff was rude with no sense of customer service.
2. Tours were ill managed and had more than 60 people.
3. Guide to Bruges acted more as a salesman to particular shops. He had no concern about the customers and was extremely rude.
