a very informative tour although i think its a bit too long. tour guide was very helpful, kind and informative. value for money for those who love history and old architecture
Very interesting and enjoyable trip.We will recommend this to anybody.
The combination of tours were amazing!!!! Very complete, the tour guides very professional and the part that they pick you up and drop you off from the hotel (near by the city center), makes them all worthy!!,
Excellent! Recommend them all....loved Bruges and Ghent....would love to come back! Not to be missed!
Unfortunately, our first day of Brussels and Antwerp tour was in rainy weather. The tour was well organised though and we enjoyed the commentary.
The Ghent and Bruges tour day was blessed with bright sunshine after 3 days of gloomy weather which added to the beauty of the well conducted tour. The guides were well informed and efficient. We enjoyed our tours on both days.
These tours were all very good. They were well organised, generally. It worked very well doing the tours together, it saved time and money. The tour guides were very good. The only downside was the fact that the tours were given in either 3 or 4 languages which resulted in hearing every thing many times, which could get quite annoying. I enjoyed them all and recommend them highly.
Train strike meant no lunch break before leaving for Antwerp, fortunately we had a snack bar. Guides were excellent but Antwerp guide was a little cold and could have mingled more. A pocket guide / map of Antwerp and Bruges would have helped for free time.
Good value for money...the Brussels tour is a bit of a rushed affair but the Lux, Gent and Brugges tours are great. The guides can be hit and miss, we had some who were extremely passionate and shared a lot while others not so much
This was a good tour to see the local sites and Antwerp which is about 45 minutes away all in one day. Antwerp is easy to get back to by train if you choose to return another time. Time was tight and I felt a bit rushed at the Cathedral and at the MAS Museum. The Antwerp city center was breathtaking.....and very historical. The English guide was really English speaking along with French and Spanish....so the guide seemed to be talking the whole trip in 3 languages each time he referenced something!
it was good, although since the tour guide had to do the tour in multiple languages, we ended up standing around in the cold too long. Suggestions: split the group or no more than two languages...
The only comment that I would like to pass is that upon arrival at Bruges we were taken to a restaurant (Vivaldi) and although this was optional, the fact was that there wasn't much an option as beinging new to a place, you do not know where to go. The menu for lunch was on the high side (price wise) and the worst was that a glass of soft drink cost €5!!!!. I think that travellers should be taken to the city centre where there would be more choice where to go to eat. This was done on our trip to Luxembourg and Amsterdam where we were completely free to choose where to go for lunch.
