You cannot go to Brussels without visiting Bruges. This is a very romantic city, and you will definitely be charmed! The tour guide was great and spoke 5 different languages. He was very informative and not boring. However, he will pick the chocolate shop that you will visit and the restaurant where the group will have lunch. We ate at Vivaldi Restaurant. The food was nothing great and the service was terrible! The waiter snapped at me when I changed my order from a regular beer to a raspberrry beer! When he delivered the drinks, he slammed my glass on the table to show his irritation. Do not eat here! This is a tourist trap! They rushed us with our lunch, which was dreadful. With the exception of this restaurant, the place is still worth visiting.

It was very crowded that day. I recommend that the guide bring an umbrella or something distinctive so that we don't follow the wrong crowd. I had a hard time catching up and looking out for the guide. Two members were lost in Ghent, but it could be their own fault for not coming back on time.

Everybody knows that Bruges is a must see on your trip to Belgium. And this trip is a perfect way to do it - being picked up directly from your hotel, you lose no time commuting to and from the railway station, trying to find your way in the labyrinth of narrow streets, etc. The guide take you straight to the landmarks and places worth seeing, with a very informative narrative about the history and social context of the 2 cities. Although there is a shorter trip that takes you directly to Bruges, I would strongly suggest this one as Ghent is a hidden gem, far less touristic and obvious then its more famous neighbour, but nonetheless interesting and picturesque.

Great trip. Well worth taking. Both cities are well worth seeing. Canal boat trip was also well worth doing.

Great trip. Both towns were lovely. Bruges is truly enchanting. We wished we would have overnighted in Bruges rather than Brussels!

Excellent tour guide. Recommended restaurant in Bruges was not the best, wish we would have eaten elsewhere and met back up with the group. Make sure to confirm with the company where they are picking you up 24 hours in advance. Even though I confirmed by phone, the company did not come to pick us up and had to send a supplementary bus to get us at our hotel. Worked out well in the end though!

A must do in Belgium as there's little else for the tourist. Please note however that the bus doesn't drop you back at your hotel despite Viator saying its a hotel pickup drop off. My pregnant wife and I had to walk half kilometer to hotel after a long tour day.

This tour is a must. There was a group of 4 of us and each of us thought it was one of the best tours we were on. Highly recommend it.

Lunch needs to be rethought. Otherwise, the tour was delightful.

Guide was very informative, friendly, helpful and patient with all of us. It takes a lot to be all that when you have more than 30 people of different nationalities.

Bruges was the most BEAUTIFUL place! Only wish we had longer to visit. Maybe a tour of just Bruges.
