The tour was really great. We got to see a lot in a very short period of time. The only problem was that it was very fast paced.

This was one of the best trips I've taken recently.

It was so beautiful and so interesting, but I think that it is too much to do both Ghent and Bruges in one day. Given the choice, I would definitely spend the entire day in Bruges!

Our tour guide was a little odd, but the places were fantastic.

While the cities are beautiful, our guide was too busy taking cigarette breaks to spend much "quality time" with us. My guess is that he was chosen because he could speak in three different languages. So the explanations of the various sites were very short. We had a few hours to check out Bruges on our own, but our guide did not even stop by the tourist office to get us a map of the town. We were truly on our own. I had high expectations for this tour but was very disappointed.

Driver & bus were fine. The courier was awful. Certainly not suitable for dealing with the over 65 age group.

It was a good tour, however we should be given more than 45 minutes to see Ghent. That is not even adequate time to thoroughly see the St. Baaf Cathedral. The time was not well managed with 45 minutes in Ghent and about 6 hours in Bruges.

Bruges was definitely more enjoyable than Ghent. It would have helped to see the castle in Ghent as opposed to just driving by it. The guide, though knowledgeable, could have been more friendly and helpful.

In the best of situations, it would be difficult to see both Ghent and Bruges in a single day, but this tour did about as good a job as could be expected. The only shortcoming was that the guide had to present in three languages so that information was somewhat limited per language.

Ghent was OK, but loved Bruges. Half day was not enough for Bruges, but our guide was not that great. His English was hard to understand plus he was not efficient in handling the group, otherwise we enjoyed the trip.

The tour bus was comfortable and our guide was very nice. But I was expecting to be able to wander around Bruges and Ghent more. She took us to a restaurant and chocolate shop that she picked out.

It was very disagreeable to eat and buy where the guide told us to do so, not giving us the time and opportunity to decide for ourselves. The guide had to give his explanations in 4 or 5 languages because although we paid for an English or Spanish tour, there were people who only spoke French, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish or English in the same tour. The explanation was very poor and brief.
