This was a nice tour for me and a great way to to visit Luxembourg. The tour was changed and did not go to Dinant. The World War II Memorial was excellent.

Extremely satisfied with the tour. The guide was very good and funny! His one liners didn't stop throughout the day and it made the whole trip that much more enjoyable. A fair warning though that Luxembourg is a fair bit away from Brussels and the drive WILL take about 2-2.5 hours (depending upon traffic ofcourse). But, it's not all that painful a drive as the bus is comfortable to have a quick snooze. Luxembourg as a city is quite nice and there is plenty of time for a walk around the city centre with the tour guide and to do your own thing (you can take a one hour city train that drives you around the main city areas for like EUR9). On the whole, highly recommended a tour and ideal value for money.

Luxembourg was a delight. Our guide was very pleasant and knowledgable and friendly; atune to the needs and requirements of those on the trip (IE: bathroom breaks and food for children travelling with us) He also made a point to speak to everyone on the tour, imparting little bits of information, and ensuring those who did not speak one of the main languages (English, French or Spanish) were assisted as best he could.

Our tour did not go to Dinant, but instead to the war monument for the Battle of the Bulge. While I was not expecting this, it was very interesting to see and again the guide was quite knowledgable regarding the history.

Arrived in Luxembourg, he led us to the square for lunch. Unlike the guide on the Bruges trip, he did not endorse a particular restaurant or vendor; and when the group reconvened after lunch he led us on a leisurely, informative walk of Luxembourg; leaving plenty of free time at the end.

Luxembourg itself is a beautiful city with many gardens and lovely pathways to walk and stroll. I wish we had more time there. And despite the fact that it was a SUnday, and there were no shops open, I found it a real treat to be able to observe the native Luxembourg-ians on a typical Sunday. A slice of life.

Excellent day tour and I definately recommend it for those who would like to see some lovely countryside and a charming city.

I loved this tour the best out of the 3 I did from Brussels. It was amnazing, I loved Denant and everywhere else we went, I truly felt like I traveled so much that day and the tour guide was excellent. I would be happy to pay and do this tour again.

This was a well-run, well-guided trip, led by a knowledgeable guide who deftly juggled 4 languages. The first stop was a 1-hour sojourn in Dinant, a town of brick and stone buildings sprawled along the river Meuse. Its main claim to fame is that it was the lifetime home of Adolphe Sax and birthplace of his eponymous instrument, and saxophones are found everywhere.

A journey through the lovely Ardennes, a landscape of forests and fields, takes you to Luxembourg, a city of many high, long bridges, spanning the river and several deep chasms. The low spots are full of buildings and parks, linked by lots of steps and steep roadways. We had only 3 hours there, but we got a very comprehensive walking tour, a chance to explore a few buildings, and 1 hour of free time to prowl. The ruins of the original 10th-century castle that founded Luxembourg are still in evidence, and there's a cathedral with an enormous crypt. Guarding the tombs of the grand dukes are a particularly impressive pair of bronze lions.

Would have liked more time in Luxembourg so we would have avoided evening traffic into Brussels.
