The tour guide could have taken us to a more popular or busy place for lunch. Instead, we were taken to an area where we had little choice of food.

Not to be missed. If you have the time, this is a wonderful day trip that lets you see the highlights of a charming and delightful country. As a bonus, the restaurant our guide suggested turned out to be excellent.

Dinant is a nice place with good views from the top of the citadel. Luxembourg is good.

The tour was definitely worth doing. Our guide was informative. Dinant is lovely, and Luxembourg was really beautiful. Although we were scheduled to visit the Chateau Lavaux St. Anne on our way to Luxembourg, the guide did the Dinant stop first, so when we stopped at the castle on the way back, it was closed. The only explanation we could think of was that this gave us a chance to buy cookies at a shop the guide persistently recommended in Dinant. The restaurant he recommended in Luxembourg for lunch was not worthwhile. Apart from that, a good experience.

The caves are really worth seeing. If you go to Luxembourg on Sunday, be aware of the fact that all shops are closed and the city may lose a bit of interest if shopping is one of your priority. Beautiful landscapes to see.

It should include a guided tour of the cathedral and guided visit of the palace. Skip the caves.
