Great, driver on time. Perfect
Easy to arrange with a polite driver who was there when we came out of customs
Excellent. The driver was wonderful. He was outstanding. He was extremely helpful, kind, and very nice. He even pointed out places as he was driving us to our hotel.
We had a wonderful driver who was a wonderful ambassador for your beautiful city. He met us , gave us a little tour on the way to our hotel with lots of suggestions for our brief stay. Excellent!

This is an excellent value and much more convenient than public transportation. The people are top notch, friendly, and very dependable.

Worked out perfectly -- driver was there when we arrived, respond to confirmation ahead of time, was welcoming and friendly.
I had heard so much about how expensive taxis were in Brussels online. Although expensive too, this took out a lot of the anxiety associated with waiting for a taxi in a country where I had never been. In addition, I knew the price right off and had already paid in dollars. The conversion rate from dollars to euros is not very good now.
THE VAN DRIVER WAS WAITING FOR US AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS. HE BRIUGHT US RIGHT TO THE HOTEL
Upon arriving in Brussels our driver was not standing with the other drivers holding signs but sitting and drinking coffee. Once we found him he informed us that something was wrong with his car and someone else would be there in ten minutes to get us. One and a half hours later we left the airport. Did not use them for return trip to airport
