The pick up was well organised and ran smoothly but we were the first pick up and did a complete circle and the last pick up was very near to us, so we could have been the last perhaps.

We were quite surprised when the bus arrived at Waterloo and the guide just abandoned us, and we discovered that we had to pay to see any of the local exhibits. This should have been made much clearer in the confirmation materials. The tour would be more accurately described as a bus ride there and back. The guide also seemed distracted and resentful, and the office gave us woefully inadequate directions on how to get to the Market Square from the train station.
