Best way to see all major sites within Budapest. Highly recommend it, definitely worth it!
Very convenient. Went to all the sights you wanted to see. The whole circle takes about 2 hours and then you can go back to what you really want to see. Great way to see the town.
The bus tour was great and the two walking tours were really good. Tour guides were very nice and well informed.
It was brilliant ..One our first day we went a complete circle on the bus to,spy out the land and then we got on and off of to suit ourselves....Boat trip was good ....Great value for money....
great tour. easy to find bus stops, all labelled well, lots of customer service people at each stop to help you buy tickets and answer questions
This is a nice way to see the city on your first day, so that you get a lay of the land and know where you might want to explore on your own.
We checked TripAdvisor reviews to choose the best "hop on hop off" for Budapest -- and they were right- this is the hop on hop off for this city. Buses are large, clean and comfortable. The only problem we had with equipment was one broken earphone plug. But having your own disposable earphones was a huge plus! The staff on the bus were not uniformly helpful, but most were -- as were those at the various stops. Included with the 48 hours of bus tour were walking tours and a boat trip in the Danube. Do them! The Castle walking tour (in English - thanks Andi for a lovely tour!) was just right. Prices of drinks on the boat were reasonable so Some words of caution - a special cocktail cruise may not be worth the added cost and don't let the waitstaff persuade you to leave after the 1st 45 min leg - just stay on for the 2nd 45 mi leg. This was a great value - and a nice way to be introduced to Budapest
Easy way to get acquainted with city, and decide where you want to visit.
We did this for 2 days and it was great. Obviously you can hop on and off at any point. Budapest is big and spread out, so this tour gave us great opportunities to see the city. We also went on the boat tour- nice way to see the city from a different view. Recorded commentary is in over 20 languages.
Would choose the original Hop on Hop off Company which had more relevant and frequent stops.
