Perfect. Really friendly and helpful staff both on the buses and in the Big Bus Office.
It was excellent. The audio was available in multiple languages using headphones. I really like the fact that the tour not only includes the hop on and hop off bus for day days but also includes two walking tours, which were really good, the boat cruise along the Danube, and the bus tour at night. We did them all. Great value for the money.
This was a good orientation of the city for me so i can focus on what I wanted to see in detail.
Great way to see the City and decide what specific stops you want to get off at on the second go around. This is a must-do anytime a Hop-on Hop-off is offered in any city. We have done this at other cities and are always glad we did.
I took the 48 hr pass.
I recommend participating in all the tour bus activities - riding around town, walking tour, Danube cruise and night tour. I did it all and it was ever so worth it, I could have used another day.
Get a window seat, no matter what, upper deck is best and even at the back, as long as you have a view that is not impeded.
The bus tour is very well matched to the audio, that is in 23 languages - count'em 23!!!
There are some stops that you just have to make and get off . . . The Opera, Heroes' Square, Market Hall, the Citadella, near Parliament, the Royal Palace . . . it just goes on and on. Atop the the Citadella you will get the most amazing pictures, of course it is also a good place to stop and have a local beer and something to eat.
The night bus tour will offer the opportunity to take the most amazing pictures with excellent lighting. Just know that the tour does not make any stops at night, so be ready with the camera.
The Danube cruise gives you the opportunity to take spectacular pictures you would not otherwise get.
This company totally knows what they are doing and I would recommend them over the other bus tours any day!!
Great tour. The Castle tour included in our ticket was exceptional. Thomas was an excellent guide. Highly recommend.
An outstanding service, buses arrived at the appointed time, the commentry was clear and very informative. You can also take advantage of the other free tours which Big Bus offer. Not to be missed
Great way to see the city with extras thrown in. Walking guides Thomas and Balint were terrific !!
the services were good, the frequency of the buses at the different spots was prompt which we appreciated since we wanted to cover as much ground as we could in two days.
Fantastic value. Many representatives to help at stops, all very friendly, knowledgeable and most obliging. The night tour and boat trip were a wonderful extra way to see the city. Didn't have time to try the walking tours - next time. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
No problem with the bus tour. We used it at our convenience, the audio in french was first class and the seats comfortable.
a great way to view this beautiful city. Great drivers and guides as you can expect from Viator. Enjoyed the night bus too. Very convenient stops so easy to use.
Very informative. Lots of interesting sites. The history and culture of Hungary is beautiful!
Very nice tour. The bus stop was just a few steps away from the Marriott hotel in Budapest
This is the ideal way to see Budapest. The bus schedule is very convenient every half hour, and you can hop on or off as often as you wish for the duration of your ticket, spending any amount of time several hours if you wish at a site.
The Hop On/Hop Off Tour was good, but the weather was so bad while we were there that we couldn't take advantage of the rest of the items we had purchased. We did not take the night tour it was just too cold and rainy outside and we didn't take the walking tours for the same reason. The Big Bus was a good way to see the key sights in Budapest. The only negative was we got there the first day they had a new tour schedule/route and they did not have maps to give out that matched where they were actually going. That was confusing to say the least.
I did not know what to expect at first. And had a real good experience once I got a lots help from your local personal and got familiar with the route. I think it is worth q while introducing your local personal to your customer before the trip.
Extremely good way to get to the various points of interest. Very helpful staff. Would recommend it to anyone
We had a great time, very easy to find way around and helpful big bus staff
