Very informative. Lots of interesting sites. The history and culture of Hungary is beautiful!
Very nice tour. The bus stop was just a few steps away from the Marriott hotel in Budapest
This is the ideal way to see Budapest. The bus schedule is very convenient every half hour, and you can hop on or off as often as you wish for the duration of your ticket, spending any amount of time several hours if you wish at a site.
The Hop On/Hop Off Tour was good, but the weather was so bad while we were there that we couldn't take advantage of the rest of the items we had purchased. We did not take the night tour it was just too cold and rainy outside and we didn't take the walking tours for the same reason. The Big Bus was a good way to see the key sights in Budapest. The only negative was we got there the first day they had a new tour schedule/route and they did not have maps to give out that matched where they were actually going. That was confusing to say the least.
I did not know what to expect at first. And had a real good experience once I got a lots help from your local personal and got familiar with the route. I think it is worth q while introducing your local personal to your customer before the trip.
Extremely good way to get to the various points of interest. Very helpful staff. Would recommend it to anyone
We had a great time, very easy to find way around and helpful big bus staff
Booked this tour in March Spring break and missed taking it on the original day I booked. Called their local number and thankfully understood and asked me to come to their office where they just reissued me new tickets for the adjusted date with no problem. The bus tour covers all major sites in Budapest and comes frequently enough to plan ahead where you want to get off. We first took the whole bus ride then decided to hop off at Castle hill and walk around. Overall, a very good value with easy to deal with local folks. The 48 hr HOHO tour also included a very nice city walk on the Pest side and an added Danube river cruise which we did not avail off simply due to lack of time. Overall would highly recommend this tour remember there are at least 2 other hop on hop off tours so make sure it is this one Big Bus.
Good value for money and a really easy way to get around and see Budapest. Booking in advance meant we could get straight on the first morning-highly recommended.
A fantastic tour, not only did ee go around on a bus we also had a boat trip up and down the Danube plus an evening lights tour. The commentary on the bus was very interesting. The tour guide explained where we needed to alight to go on the boat trip. On the boat there was an opportunity to purchase food and drink. Depending on the time of the tour you had the option of purchasing either a snack or a meal. We had the strudel trio which was most enjoyabld. In the evening we went on the night lights tour, remember to get there at least 15 minutes earlier than the stated time as it is on a first come, first served basis. In my vew, this is a good way to get a feel of Budapest and ide of where points of interest are located
Great way to see the city. Both the recorded tour guide through the supplied earphones and the actual guide on the bus were very informative and entertaining. Great way to start a visit to establish both the places you want to visit or use the bus to go to them. Runs very regular and easy to access
Budapest exceeded my expectations the astoria hotel was a great central location, the big bus tour informative, the Xmas markets fab but the highlight was the new york cafe a definite must for any trip
Very good value...can see all of Budapest over two days. The night tour is particularly good.
The Big Bus Tour was so helpful for our group to get around in this historic city. We also had the river cruise which was beautiful as we saw it after sunset and before the dinner cruise. All staff were enormously helpful.
Best way to see all major sites within Budapest. Highly recommend it, definitely worth it!
Very convenient. Went to all the sights you wanted to see. The whole circle takes about 2 hours and then you can go back to what you really want to see. Great way to see the town.
The bus tour was great and the two walking tours were really good. Tour guides were very nice and well informed.
It was brilliant ..One our first day we went a complete circle on the bus to,spy out the land and then we got on and off of to suit ourselves....Boat trip was good ....Great value for money....
