The folklore show wasn't as good as I thought it would be, but other people thought it was wonderful. Most of the dances seemed to be the same. The cruise and dinner down the Danube was excellent and would highly recommend it. It was lovely to see all the buildings lit up at night. The staff on the boat were very nice and helpful. The whole thing was very organised.
Great evenings entertainment with performers who seemed very passionate
The show was wonderful. The city had a great history, is beautiful and clean. In all, a great place to visit!
Enjoyed the folklore show. The dancers all appeared quite talented. The cruise was pleasant. The food was very good and had a good variety. The service was good. My only complaint is that we cruised by the places one would most like photos of during the serving of dinner so we missed the opportunity to take photos. Would have like the option to eat later and take photos first.
We thoroughly enjoyed the folklore show--excellent and of a very high standard. We were also impressed with the subsequent cruise, the variety of food was large and of a high standard with attentive crew.
However, we thought that the transfer on foot from the theatre to the pier for the cruise could have been handled better and was very disorganised.
a great show, but would not do the dinner just the boat ride. all the good sights are when your eating dinner
Folklore was good, buffet dinner was excellent and the rest of the boat trip also very enjoable. Drinks prices were very reasonable on the boat and at half time in the Danube Palace.
The folklore dance was interesting.... But the guide to take us to the cruise was late. The dinner was excellent!
Excellent Folklore Show. Cruise was fine but choice of food was not to our liking, albeit that others enjoyed it. We are both fish rather than meat eaters which may explain our comments.
This was a very enjoyable show. The dancers and the musical instrument players were very good. They know their stuff. I would recommend this show to others going to Budapest.
The folklore show was quite entertaining, but the dinner cruise was severely compromised due to pouring rain. The worst part was not being able to get from the theater to the boat without getting soaked (no transport or umbrellas were provided and the guides seemed at a loss as to how to proceed in the bad weather).
