We had a very complicated trip for four couples, combining Budapest and Vienna. We booked all but one transfer on Viator - and guess which transfer didn't show up? Thank you Viator for the amazing service, dependability, and making our wonderful trip so easy!
Good! The driver was already waiting when we arrived and whisked us straight to the hotel. I personally feel that it was abit pricey especially for 2 people at USD43.11. I would recommend it if you have the budget or that it would be inconvenient for you to navigate local transport systems.
Driver was waiting for as. Smooth ride to Hotel. I didn't like that I had to reconfirm by phone after I booked and payed for in advance.

It was difficult finding our driver who did not meet us at the terminal but was waiting in his unmarked car. We almost took another taxi until he drove up us and asked if we were who we were. Once we got in the car it was a pleasant drive to our hotel.
Disappointing. Train arrival late and nobody to meet us. Visited rail information office, then referred to travel information office, by which time person with board showing our name had arrived, approx. 10 minutes after we had left train.
