What You Can Expect
The 2-hour Budapest Segway tour is a terrific introduction to the city and takes you past Széchenyi Istvan Square and the Chain Bridge, a beautiful structure that suspends across the Danube to connect Buda and Pest. You’ll also travel around central Pest and witness striking city architecture along the way.
The extended 3-hour option provides extra time to discover the Buda Castle District across the river. Back in Pest you’ll see the bustling Andrassy Avenue, lined with shops and restaurants, as well as the Hungarian State Opera House and the towering edifice of St. Stephen’s Basilica. The shops and attractions continue along your route through Vaci Street and Vorosmarty Square. Your tour will conclude with visits to the Danube Promenade to overlook the river, Liberty Square, the Chain Bridge and more. The evening Segway tour also includes special stops at Parliament and Margaret Island, a recreational oasis in the middle of the Danube.
Had a really enjoyable time exploring the sites of Budapeset on a segway! It was my first time on a segway and the instructions and briefing at the start definitely helped to put my mind at ease. The sights were beautiful and our tour guide was very informative and helpful. Overall a fantastic morning!
Excellent! So much fun, and the only way to see a city. We covered so much more ground than we could have done in foot. Our guide, Adam, was knowledgable and entertaining. Definitely recommend!!!
Excellent guide and lots of fun
Excellent guides plus a great tour of Budapest. Plenty of photo opportunities. Instructions on riding the segways was very good. Highly recommend.
Excellent tour! I very much enjoyed the sights, the Segway, and the tour guide was very polite.
Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Budapest. Our tour guide Tomi was very knowledgeable and informative. The segways added an element of fun to the tour. The brief 'course' given in Segway handling was ample and truly no previous experience is required.
A fantastic and fun way to see the City and get an overview of the history of this interesting place.
Our guide was informative and flexible and catered for the range of ages and abilities on the trip. Her name was Koti. Having never used a segway before I was a bit hesitant but with clear directions I was soon feeling at ease with this form of transport.
