This was the best day trip we took on our tour of Central Europe. Our guide was the best. We learned so much. I would do this one again.

Well organized program, interesting destinations, taxi pick-up on time, friendly guide, tasty food, surprise a gypsy orchestra in the restaurant.

It was great. Even though it was raining, we could see lots of beautiful sites along the Danube river. Good food and skillful guide!!!

Had a great day exploring the countryside along the Danube River. The lunch was wonderful! The restaurant in Visegrad had a beautiful view of the river. We didn't spend much time at the end at the jewelry factory, which was nice. It would have been better to travel back by boat, but we missed it by 4 days!

Our tour guide was wonderful - he spoke English well, was very informative and appeared to enjoy being a guide. Also, our included lunch was great!

The stop at the jewelry manufacturing facility was purely commercial, but the rest of the tour was excellent.

I was disappointed that we were not dropped off at our hotel.

The trip to the diamond outlet was pretty much a waste of time for most people. Perhaps some time at the ancient Roman sites would have been better. All of Danube Bend was excellent but the actual trip on the Danube on the last leg didn't quite live up to my expectations, as it was nothing more than a boat ride back into Budapest. Once there, of course, it was excellent.

It was ok but I felt we spent way too long on basically a bus ride. We really did not get to spend time in the first city. In the next two cities they were just drive throughs except the visit to the Cathedral. Lunch was very good. The thing I hated the most is instead of giving us more time to shop they wasted a half hour taking us to a Diamond Center where no one bought anything. I know for myself buying a diamond is a big decision not one you do in a half hr. We also drove by a Castle that we all thought we were going to see, no, we just stopped to take a picture. I am a Travel Director and I would not take anyone on this Tour, at least not for the cost of 85.00 maybe 60.00.

The Danube was nice, but there was no transportation after the tour was over. We were on our own and had a hard time locating a taxi.

The taxi company that the tour operator sent to pick me up failed to arrive, so I had to wait an hour for the company to send someone to collect me. So I missed the first hour of the tour, but the visit to the diamond store was really all I missed, and that is a very boring stop. The food at the church was not so good, but it's a nice venue. The village stop on the way back was interesting and the boat ride back is pleasant. This might not be a good experience if the weather is bad.
