This is a great value trip visiting two contrasting towns outside Budapest and gives the visitor a chance to see some lovely Hungarian countryside. Full day out, run closely to time by a guide with excellent historical knowledge and impressive language skills (in our trip he translated flawlessly into French and English).
The only down side, beware the included lunch - not one passenger on the coach felt this to be good - needs upgrading to match the rest of the day. Thoroughly recommend the Danube Bend Day Trip.

Great day for the money. You get to see parts of Hungary that you wouldn't do if you just stayed in Budapest. The meal is very basic and is the part of the trip that let's it down. My preference would have been to have dined in Szentendre than have the meal included in the trip. The guide was very knowledgeable but didn't appear to wish to engage with any of the travelers but I guess having to repeat the same info over and over again must be wearying. All in all, a worhtwhile trip.

The lunch was basic compared to what some other tour groups were having at the same time. The bot back is quite a noisy old thing. Otherwise an interesting and enjoyable day.
